Not only was the service fast but the assistance from the staff was unbelievable. They went out of their way to be extra generous. Extremely friendly. I will never go any where else.

Their website showed tires I wanted in stock, but when I arrived I was told that they weren't available any time soon and I had to buy different (more expensive) tires. They charged me for road hazard without asking. When the tires were done, they never called. On my receipt they put down the wrong mileage, so it showed my tires already out of warranty.

Go down the road to another tire store if you want good service

I've gone here multiple times - this is my go to tire service store. If you have an appointment you are in and out within an hour. They're very good at walking you through your options and truly seem to care about your safety. They do get busy so I would recommend getting an appointment.

Worst experience ever, we were out of town and they told us the truck needed smaller tires and that new rims were needed. Desperate for a tire, then they tried telling us we needed 4 new tires instead of one. So we went down the road to someone who would help us.

Not hassle-free: I visited this location yesterday 6/22/2017. The location was clean and presentable. I had already researched what tires I needed after visiting their website which made me select the store I was visiting to work with their inventory. The first 10 minutes was good, clean and presentable. But when the assistant manager (Jared Lewis) asked what tires I was looking at, they acted like that brand never existed, certainly not in their inventory. Ok, I asked to find something similar, his words were "why would I want unsafe tires". I re-explained their for my 16 year old son that can be involved in an accident at any time hence no long term commitment on the tires he kept insisting and over talking me about how unsafe my choice was for my son. I got irritated and just wanted my key back he would not return my key, I had to get mad at him for my key to be returned. I took my business elsewhere, there were six other tire locations at view. I later tried calling customer service and after a 22 min wait over the phone, I hung up and I was a repeat customer :( because my service that first time at the Avon store was excellent but never returning again. This was a horrible experience and a waste of my time.

I had a nail in my tire. Firestone recommended I replace all four but I was skeptical. So, I went in search of a 2nd opinion. Jacob at Discount Tire confirmed the tire was not leaking air, then removed it the nail and confirmed it still wasn't leaking air and sent me on my way. He said my tire wear was just inside the warning limit so I would need tires pretty soon but didn't have to do it today. I appreciated the honest advice; will definitely go back to Discount Tires for the full set when I get them.

Awesome experience! I had put off getting new tires and wasn't sure what to expect with any place. My boss recommended Discount Tires in Castleton and I couldn't be happier! I called to get a quote, spoke with Levi, he was very nice and wanted to make sure the service he spoke of on the phone was exactly what service was received while my vehicle was there. Customer serivce was fantastic and service provided was top notch! I would defiantly recommend this location and team! The way they interacted with one another as well as customers was great to see. I appreciate their integrity to stay until the car that came in a minute before closing is taken care of the same as the first car of the day!
Thank you for your service to my vehicle and not judging the wear on my old tiresyou defiantly made buying new tires a great and stress free experience!
