Ok I'm making a repost of something that had a negative review previously. I am writing a positive experience about a vehicle breakdown.
On 21 November 17 I had a no start issue that required a tow from Zores. I initially called for a jump start and possible tow. I have all the required information on what was going on and what I was driving. I called at 1235 pm hadn't heard anything at 230 so I called again and was then told it would be 15-20 minutes till a tow truck showed.
At 245 a Brad pulled up in a flatbed and got two jump packs out and we tried for a period of time to start with no avail. So now came tow time and another small hiccup (they didn't have right size hitchball on truck) so I offered mine but needed wrenches (another tow driver showed with those). After a bit we got truck loaded and went on our way. I initially was very upset after getting home on the bill. As it was fairly high and nothing was explained charge wise up front.
Fast forward to today:
I went and discussed my dilemma on looking for an explanation on the charges. Not even looking for a discount or refund at all. Talked to the Vice President of operations and had a brief conversation. Although I had posted a fairly negative review about the operations and subsequent bill I must digress. He had all actual paperwork in hand and explained everything on the invoice and what things should have been. He explained the charges should have been explained up front and communicated to me.
So what ended up being a fairly high bill was worked out and the end of the conversation shocked me personally. Not only did he make it right for a chain of events that should have been dealt with differently he did one up. This was not expected and greatly appreciated. I will not discuss that part but will say that he stands by his business and doing the right thing.
So to the Zore's operation and wrecker driver Brad. Please keep up the hard work and service you offer. Although I initially wouldn't suggest using this operation based off initial experience I would state this now. "USE NOBODY ELSE BUT ZORES" They will do the right thing and make sure you're taken care of.
Hopefully the Vice-President reads this and accepts my apology for the initial negative review.

The place is a rip of and scam.Was threatened by an employee last year looked like he just got out of prison and thought he was Mr Tuff guy.I wish I had gotten it all recorded and sued the company.I paid over 700 for my car and was treated like scum by the scummy looking employees.Who were most likely stealing from the company since they couldn't give me proper legal reciepts for everything done.Then I told them I push it out.So they move it back by the busses n a huge puddle of muddy water.Yeah I'm the guy with the black mustang the idiot employee offered me $500 for after I paid over $700 to get out..Wow he must be smart as a rock.

The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because 0 is not an option!! Worst place ever they sale parts and don't know if they work! I purchased a transmission they told me it would be ready in two hours it took 32 hours so I missed out on my delivery guy. They said they would bring it on Saturday around 12 well by 2:30 no call no show so I call and they tell me the transmission had a hole in it!! Had to wait a few more days jus for them to give me a transmission that had metal in it and the transmission fluid looked like tar!!! I would not but a nut and bolt from these clowns!!!!

*****DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR HELP****
Absolute WORST TOW SERVICE IN THE WORLD!!! I called them at 10am on a Saturday for a tow. They stated "ok it will be a couple hours till they arrive." So I wait ALL THE WAY TILL 2:30pm and CALL BACK to ask what's going on. Just to be told that the Tow service had never been entered by there employee. So then they say "there will be a tow out to you within the hour" so I WAIT AGAIN it is now 4:30pm. I CALL BACK AGAIN! asking what is going on and the say "we had to pick up another car they should be out shortly". So I've been waiting for a TOW for OVER 7 hours!!! NO courtesy calls were given, No apology, No discount WHAT SO EVER! THEY TRULY DESERVE *ZERO* STARS! please I REPEAT DO WHATEVER YOU CAN to NOT CONTACT THEMresponse / report this review -

I don't usually write reviews online, however I was very disappointed about this place That I decided to write a review about my experience. I called this place and they told me that they have a couple of cars, for the car that I was looking parts for, so when I arrived there and tried to get the parts that I need, staff were not very friendly and not very willing to help. I did not had the exactly name for the part I was looking for, so I asked if they come outside and take a look to the part I was looking for. One of them, said sure, so I went Outside and waited for about 10 min, and Nobody came out so I left.

I had a large work truck break down. I called a few towing companies and they referred me to Zore's. The driver and dispatcher were professional and did quality work. John , the driver, especially impressed me with his attitude and quality of work. I would recommend them to anyone with towing needs!

They are the worst recovery/towing ever! They over charged and they are also racist. I have never experienced this service any where and I am a manager. Where ever you go and see their sign please be careful and avoid having your car towed.

This company is crazy expensive. I would not recommend. We had a piece of equipment moved on our property, less than 1 hour spent there and were charged $550. We were not told the hourly rate before we had the work done or we would have looked elsewhere.

Definitely don't appreciate the employees catcalling me when I was going to get lunch with my 7yo son. Yelling "hey mama" several times even after I continued to ignore them. Zores must hire very disrespectful and impolite men to drive their wreckers. I would not feel comfortable calling these men to help me if I needed a tow. Try treating women in the neighborhood with respect.

Worst experience. Waste of my time. The guy running me to the car I was interested in stopped to work on another car while piling my husband and myself into the front seat of the van and smoking while we were in the car with him. Sweet I'm an asthmatic. Of course I'd love to look for a tailight you supposedly have in stock UNBROKEN. I'm happy you love you girlfriend but please talk to her after you drop off paying customers? Didn't have parts they stated they had
