My family has been a long time customer of O'Brien. I recently moved away from the area and haven't found another Toyota dealership that is as honest, trustworthy and reliable as O'Brien. The service department consistently goes above and beyond to provide nothing short of excellence. The sales manager has always provided fair pricing, even providing good deals, for any car purchases we have made. Given my experiences so far, I will continue to drive the extra distance to O'Brien because it is worth it.

Just purchased our second car from Mike Ramon here at O'brien.
The first was a 2017 Tacoma Limited and the second last week was a 2014 Camry LXE. So we have purchased both new and used from Mike and this dealership. Our experience was great from top to bottom and I can't say enough about dealing with Mike. He is a joy to work with and does none of the pressure stuff you see from elsewhere. I live in Avon and travel across town for all of my service work. That should explain my feelings about the dealership! Just a great experience for sure.

Bought a new Highlander and could not be happier. O'Brien Toyota sales process was painless, very fast and efficient, and they are willing to negotiate (unlike most dealers). Patrick Bartell was our salesperson and all I can say is SUPER. He was courteous, well informed on our vehicle, and had a straight forward sales approach. No smoke and mirrors.

I highly recommend O'Brien Toyota and the best auto sales person ever - Patrick!

Great service, great staff, and very well organized dealership. I am new to the area and could not get an oil change for a week! O'Brien Toyota got me in the next day. My appointment was on time, my service rep was so friendly and the waiting area was clean. I loved my dealership in Louisiana and did not think I would find a staff that would compare but the O'Brien staff has definitely gained a new customer. Thank you

Service is great. I like being able make an appointment and usually stay in their customer lounge. Yesterday, for my routine service and oil change their also found a nail in my tire. I'm driving to Chicago tomorrow and I'm so glad to not need a tire change on the Interstate! They have excellent service advisors- Gene worked with me this time. They earned their 5 stars from me.

I have bought many cars. Everything at O'Brien Toyota was perfect. They were willing to negotiate to the best price possible and to right where I needed to be to purchase the vehicle. Mike and Patrick worked seamlessly together to give me an outstanding experience that definitely outperformed many of the other dealers both Toyota and non Toyota in the Indianapolis metropolitan area. I would highly recommend this dealership.

My family has been going to O'Brien Toyota since the day I was born. Years of fantastic service. I'm now on my second vehicle with O'Brien. I leased the first, and financially wanted to wait for what I want. Mike Ramon knew everything about me and treated me as family. Literally the day that I thought 'hmm, I think I'm ready for the next step', Mike gave me a call. I have always appreciated the thoroughness and honesty and integrity that the O'Brien Toyota Service Department provides whether it's something I need or thought I needed. I thought I might need an alignment but they said I didn't. They give me a heads up when things are nearing attention and give me an idea when they think it will need to be addressed whether it be tires, brakes, filters, wipers or whatever. I have always been addressed promptly and honestly. I even take my Lexus there for service. They're the BEST!

Can't imagine a better experience. Mike Ramon couldn't be nicer and made everything quick and simple. Samantha was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and really helped me make the right choice. Maintenance was a breeze, Hick always explained everything in detail and made sure nothing was missed. The car is everything I was looking for and at a great price! Thanks everybody!
