I recently experienced a problem with the Sherwood Dillons' pickup option. I contacted the manager, Holly, and explained what happened. She was very professional and corrected the situation in a timely manner. Very pleasant to work with.

Horrible place to work. I applied and was hired for part time in Click List. They asked for my availability, but continuously scheduled me when I said I wasn't available and I was written up for it. I was forced to work more hours than I wanted and in other departments without training. I let them know several times this is not what I wanted or applied for and was offered no other options so I quit.

Pharmacy was awesome. I use this store for my scripts. Today i had to get a medicine for my wife that is not covered by insurance. The wonderful pharmacy tech took the time to actually help me download an app to help save money. This is truly customer service Thanks.

Great deals and great choices. Can be busy sometimes but usually a quick in and out. I had issues when I checked out last time. Someone in front of me and the cashier both left the checkout counter and never came back. I decided to move to the self check out counter instead of waiting or talking to a manager. So I get to the self check out area and to one of the machines and started to check out but I had nothing but problems with the process. But there was someone there to help me out despite me being a bit upset at the machine. I am sure that I was not doing something right but nonetheless I was able to get everyrhing scanned and paid for. The reason for the three stars is because of what happened at the first checkout counter. Instead of saying anything the cashier just took off with the customer in front of me and she never came back. I waited about 10 minutes before going to the self check out. Yes I should have talked to a manager about the incident but at that point I was a bit upset. This incident won't stop me from coming back as I am sure it was a one time fluke but it will make me think twice about coming back to this Dillions for a while.

Always great dealson groceries and excellent customer service. Employees always willing to help you find something you are looking for and friendly an say hello and ask if you need any help. The stores are clean and well stocked. My favorite store to shop for groceries.

Out of sale items. Employees can't sack groceries correctly. A guy named Jordan is only good one there.

Descent selection, but not great. The selection is better at Hyvee, but the atmosphere and spaciousness is much better at Dillons. Easy you get in and out of the parking lot, unlike Hyvee.

I use the Starbucks at this store. There is never a long line, and the staff is regular. Great coffee made correctly everything, great alternative to the super long lines at Wanamaker Starbucks.

The store has a great selection, and no long waits as well. This is my neighborhood's best kept secret. If you live in the neighborhoods along Urish avoid long lines, traffic, and long wait times by shopping here.
