There isn't a better bridal shop in town, if you are getting married this is where you need to come. They dresses are beautiful and unique, the staff are fun and so helpful and the owner is so kind. Worth every penny for the experience and peice of mind.

I went dress shopoing today and Sarah was amazing. She had me try on like 8 different dresses before I finally picked one. She was friendly, patient, and I could tell she loves what she does. Plus the dresses were beautiful. I knew when I walked in my dress was in there somewhere 😊

Amazing shopping experience!! This was our 3rd & final shop we went to for the day & by far the best. Lauren was very helpful, efficient, intuitive, & insightful on what we were looking for. After a long day she still kept everyone upbeat & focused, & ended the day on an excellent note. Emily Hart personally stepped in to make sure that our bride was able to have her perfect dress, & we could not have had a better end to the day (champagne toast included)!!!

Emily Hart was the third place I went to and it easily stood out against the others. Samantha was great. She helped me try on 4-5 dresses and I just couldn't choose. Then on a whim at the last minute she ran in back and grabbed something from Emily's brand new line and it was perfect. It had a little bit of what I liked in each of the other dresses all in one. Suffice it to say, I cancelled all my other appointments.

The store atmosphere is SO beautiful and the whole process from start to finish places unique emphasis on how special the dress selection part is. which didn't really it really sink in for me until going there!

Every single one of Emily's designs are gorgeous, she is very talented. Hard to choose just one! :)

Emily, Sara, Sandy and the EH Bridal team are amazing to work with. I went in for my first appointment not knowing what I wanted in a dress. Sara worked patiently with me and listened to my comments while trying on different dresses. She came up with a custom dress that was beyond what I could imagine. When it came in, Sandy worked her alteration magic and my perfect dress was a perfect fit. The team is wonderful to work with. I recommend every bride to visit EmilyHart Bridal when dress shopping.

I loved my overall experience with Emily Hart Bridal. From the moment I arrived with my mom and bridesmaids, we were all treated so special. I worked with Loren to find my dress and she was amazing. I felt so comfortable with her and she helped me narrow down what I was looking for. Emily Hart was the first place I went dress shopping and I ended up buying my dress that same day. When it came in, the coloring was wrong. Emily and her team went above and beyond to get it corrected from the designer and expedited to meet my wedding date needs. Every time I went in it was love all over again. It's a beautiful shop with a beautiful product line and team. Thank you, Emily Hart, for making my bridal experience so special!!

I bought my dress at Emily Hart Bridal and couldn't be happier with the results. The girls there provide superb service and always make you feel at home when at their store. Emily herself was at most of my fitting appointments and offered a really personalized experience. The seamstress, Diana, not only made quick work of the minor adjustments on my dress, but took my mother's wedding dress and completely reinvented it for me to wear to the rehearsal dinner! It was such a lovely detail for my wedding weekend. Thanks, Emily Hart Bridal!!

Emily Hart bridal is a very cute shop with a lot of selection, but not the greatest service. I sent an e-mail of dresses I liked ahead of time, and when I arrived I don't think my consultant had even looked at the e-mail. I was given 5 pins to go pick out the dresses I liked, and then they were put in the room for me to try on. The consultant only picked one dress for me and it was nothing like what I was wanting. I was trying to find a dress while they acted like i was wasting their time. If you have a high budget and like doing things yourself, this may be the place for you, but I was not satisfied.

Incredible! There aren't enough words to describe how amazing the girls at this shop are! Their customer service is amazing and you can tell they truly care about each and every one of their brides. I got married in my one-of-a-kind EH dress and got roughly a million compliments of it! It was absolutely perfect and I owe it all to them for having the most unique wedding dress anyone has ever seen!

Awful Customer Service!
I bought my dress from Emily Hart Bridal last year in December. They told me it would take 6 months to get. 7 1/2 months later it finally arrived and I was able to make an appointment for a fitting after I called and asked about it three times. I had three fittings at the store, all of which were very stressful. I felt as though the tailor didn't listen to what I had to say. I mentioned I would be getting married on a beach, after that her motto seemed to be, "It doesn't matter if the dress drags on the ground, you'll be in the sand anyways".
After her telling me I couldn't have the bustle the way I wanted because "Fabric doesn't do that" and after three fittings she cut my dress so the hem was uneven and after she bustled it the way she wanted IT STILL was dragging. I finally said enough was enough, I paid for the alterations on the top portion of the dress and took it home from the store to find someone else to fix it. As soon as I got it home, I tried it on again and noticed one of the bust cups stitching was already coming off. I called and emailed immediately to tell them and ask for a refund on the partial charge for the cups. They let me know that once you leave the store with your dress they are no longer responsible and are unable to do refunds *even if it's only an hour later*. I was very upset about this so my Fiance went up there to talk to the manager. As soon as he mentioned he was there about a refund, she threw her hands up in the air and said "Sorry nothing I can do, Emily Hart is the only one able to do a refund and I don't know when she'll be here. You can wait for her if you want or you can leave the store." She was not willing to listen to my Fiance about the situation we had, or even try to work with him at all. She also did not contact Emily Hart to inform her of the situation going on. It has been three days since he went up there and we have not received a call, email or any other type of communication from them apologizing for the errors to my dress or the bad customer service. I have now taken my dress to another tailor who was able to cut and bustle it exactly how I wanted. He was very puzzled by the work the tailor at Emily Hart Bridal had done. Needless to say, if you want to avoid horrible customer service and paying for alterations to be done twice, DO NOT GO HERE.

Getting my wedding dress from Emily Hart Bridal was the best decision! They have so many beautiful dresses, and everyone who works there is so nice and friendly. The store is so cute inside, it made for a wonderful experience every time I went in. I had alterations done to make my dress custom for me, which was amazing. I never imagined I would have such a beautiful wedding dress!! Thanks to everyone who helped!

Emily Hart Bridal and all of the lovely women who work there have been such a blessing to my life throughout my season of engagement. The kind and creative women helped me build the dress of my dreams and it was truly more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I live out of state and the Emily Hart girls made sure that my dress was ready when I came into town for a fitting and safely shipped my gown to me in pristine condition. What really stands out about Emily Hart, even beyond the gorgeous boutique that houses even more beautiful gowns, is the kindness and excitement that each person who works at there embodies.
