I continue to get outstanding service at Aristocrat Motors. I notice that the middle seam in my drivers seat came a part. I felt this was defective because of the amount of miles on my car. I took my car in and they had it repaired in one day without any cost. Outstanding customer service!

Have been doing business with Aristocrat for years. Purchased, serviced my 2 Mercedes and have seen most aspects of the operation. 1st class service all the way. Just purchased a used Jaguar to try and get my wife into them and out of Audi. Didn't want to invest a lot, as my wife is hard to sway. From start to finish it was a great experience. They treated us just as well on this purchase as if I was spending much more, impressive. If you’re buying a high-end car, you want high end service and treatment. This is one of the few dealers in Kansas City that understand and deliver that experience.

I was in for service with Matt Minor and as usual had great service. I told him I was on a tight time frame and needed the car at a certain time. The car was up front, washed and vacuumed and ready to go.
I have purchased a number of cars at Aristocrat and both sales and service have been excellent.

I am always so very pleased with the service I receive from aristocrat. Each time I am scheduled to pick up my car it is cleaned inside and out and a cold bottle of water is in the car for my ride home
Everything I wanted is done on a timely basis, and if I don't need a loaner they have a comfortable (well stocked with food) Lounge area for me to relax or work on.my computer
My service advisor, Rodney ensures my car is well taken care of and pays attention to ant concerns I have. I've learned more about my car through his informative info on performance and care. Can't ask for a better dealership

Must admit we've only dealt with Toyota dealers for 17 years and this experience was surprisingly good. We felt comfortable from the beginning, the salesperson was a people person and not pushy. Really left the process up to us and was very knowledgeable about the product. We felt we were treated fairly from the very beginning. They made us an offer, which was very fair which did not require the usual sales ordeal of back and forth. The whole process from meeting the salesperson, test drive, viewing other inventory, making the deal, financing and final paperwork was very seamless. The process did take awhile but that was only because the dealership became extremely busy halfway through our deal. Their gesture for the extended wait was thoughtful and showed class on their behalf. As a point of reference, I never give anyone 5 stars. Looking forward to a continued relationship.

The true meaning of service is expressed from the moment an interaction is initiated- from a phone call to set up a service appointment to dropping off the Rover to updates and picking up the Rover- each interaction is filled with respect, professionalism and warmth!

Love the new technology of text updates and ability to pay for servicing on line. Seamless and yet the relationship and connection is not let go- simply enhanced.

My MB C300 was taken into Aristocrat for 120K miles service. The appointment was scheduled over the phone. The services were very user friendly. I arrived about 10 minutes early, and Matt Minor had everything ready to go. Due to length of time required for servicing, a loaner was provided. Matt went over the work that had been done in great detail. Overall experience was outstanding. Matt is an outstanding representative of the dealership and Mercedes Benz. His knowledge of the C300 is amazing. Matt is a true professional and has outstanding customer relations skills. All employees that I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful.
The loaner was clean and ready to go. All features and accessories on the loaner were thoroughly explained before I left Aristocrat Motors.

Quite simply the finest service experience I have EVER had. I showed up angry that my car needed unexpected repairs. I didn't even have an appointment because no slots were open and it was Friday and the day before a holiday weekend. Emily was so kind, she had me laughing before the conversation was over and she checked my car in. She got me over to the beautiful customer waiting area where I got work done on my laptop and enjoyed some fresh coffee and pastry. Then she came into the lounge and welcomed me back to her desk where we talked and laughed some more. Then came time for the bill. I was expecting to pay over $600.00 but Emily discovered that my repair was covered under warranty and my cost was only $60. WOW!!! Then I went out to get into my car and drive away. To my surprise my care had been cleaned inside and out, and there was a chilled bottle of water waiting for me in my cup holder. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?!!! I went from arriving upset about the situation to departing feeling like someone really REALLY cared about me. I don't have words to express the pleasure of unexpected acts of kindness. Thank you Emily. I will never forget how kind you were that morning.

Brought my new (to me) E350 in for service. I haven't had a MB in decades because of bad experiences with MB in the 80's. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the entire staff at Aristocrat was. They performed some warranty work on my vehicle without any hassle, and the prices for a radiator and brake flush were shockingly reasonable, so I had them do that as well.

They did an excellent job all around and I appreciate their work. They have done a lot to restore my views on Mercedes-Benz.

Tony and the crew were very helpful with my Jaguar. They really do have a vast knowledge of Jaguars. Even the coffee was good that I had while waiting for the work to be done. I highly recommend Aristocrat Motors for work on any Jaguars. They are all very courteous and kind.

My recent experience with Emily was very Pleasant. She was very Professional, made me feel comfortable, explained things in detail, did not make me feel pressured. Even when my service was completed, I got about a mile from Aristocrat Motors and I started having problems. She stated Marilyn come right back in and we will get that checked out. When I pulled up the Technician that worked on my car was waiting to assist me. That made all the difference in the world. And he pulled it right back in and fixed the problem. That's the Experience I use to appreciate and my decision in bringing my car back to Mercedes, no matter how old she maybe. Not being told one thing and then another. And the price keeps getting worse. So "KUDOS" to Emily and the Technician, I truly appreciate you.😊

Mark was absolutely amazing in helping us along on our quest for a new car. I was extremely indecisive and he was very patient with me the entire time. By the time I had finally found the exact vehicle I wanted the dealership was ready to close, he didn't act like it was a bother to him neither did the financing office. They were all extremely professional and were able to meet our needs and requests as far as the budget. Everyone was very helpful throughout the entire process and I was able to leave with my brand new land rover that very day. Since the dealership had already closed by the time that we started the buying process I was unable to get my car detailed. Mark made sure that I knew that I could bring it back at a later date to get the full detail and still get a small lesson while going over all of the features of the new vehicle. The process was incredibly smooth and enjoyable. I would recommend Aristocrat Motors to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.
