  I went to complete travelers to simply exchange my euros for USD, when I arrived and spoke with The woman at the front desk, she told us that we needed to make an appointment and sent us away with the words „have fun in America without any Money“. We went out to our car and decided to call them to make an appointment. When we spoke with that same woman on the phone, she scheduled us but before we hung up, she asked us for a favor..“we are old fashioned here so if you could cover up your tattoos before you arrive, it would make it a lot easier for you.“ side notemy tattoo simply said „be kind“.how ironic. After hearing this we came to the conclusion that we were refused service simply because I had a tattoo. 0/10 would never do business with them. How unprofessional.

  Very helpful team with exemplary customer service skills - a throwback to a time when folks said "you're welcome" instead of "no problem".

  The Complete Traveler is everyone's complete shop for all of your travel needs and accessories. Gerry and Mary Buckley are the shop's owners and are very committed to providing that every trip is planned with exceptional detail and execution. I was very pleased in their wonderful selection in travel accessories before my trip. I still have it on my bucket list going to join them on one of their exclusive tours of South Africa and Ireland in the very near future. For all things travel you must pay them a visit! The nicest folks you will ever meet.
