Air conditioning units are programmed to run for 10 minutes and off for 10. It took almost 6 hours to cool the room to a reasonable temperature. Couple with the fact I need white noise to sleep and ALWAYS run the AC as cold as possible all night long in hotels, it was the two most restless nights I’ve spent in a hotel in years. They have also chosen 7:45-8:15am to CALL YOUR ROOM TO SEE IF YOU NEED TURN DOWN SERVICE. NO! Alarm wasn’t even set till 9:15, not like I need sleep on a business trip or anything

Terrible!! Was visiting Dallas for medical reasons. Was charged a deposit even though insurance paid for the stay. When we checked the bank they charged our card double what they told us. Ran into a guest warning other customers that the hotel had charged him like 4× the amount they told him his deposit was. Finally got to our room and the door wouldn't open. Went back and got a different room. Door was only on 1 of the 3 hinges and you could tell that it had been kicked in recently and was not at all in any definition a decent door. Room smelled nasty and there were used condoms on the walk ways outside t he doors. Could see and smell they just painted over mold in the bathroom. Called insurance and told them the issues and they put us at the best western across the street. The person at the Days Inn desk didn't want to give us our money back until we got insurance involved. The people at the Best western across the street said it was a druggy hotel and the people at the desk will run you themselves if the people in the parking lot don't get you first.

What a relief knowing your loved ones and friends are well taken care of.
Had family in town and they stayed at market center Days Inn. The manager George was very accommodating, and made sure all there needs were met.
    Great location and comfortable.

Don’t recommend..Stayed here for OU/TX based on price and location. It’s not the nicest, but you get what you pay for. Bathrooms are very tiny, slammed the door into the tub a million times. Wifi is also really bad. The bed sheets had ink stains from I’m guessing a pen stained all over and I woke up with a rash after sleeping in them. AC is old and turned off in between guests, so it was super hot when we got there and took several hours to get comfortable. The window curtains don’t close 100% so there was usually a gap seeing into the room. “Breakfast” consisted of cereal, toast, or old apples. The best things were the location and the price. Definitely recommend walking over to Rodeo Goat two buildings over for lunch or dinner. Will be spending a little more next time and getting something more up-kept.

This is not a really 'nice' property, albeit conveniently located. The price drove my decision. It was relatively clean and the staff was friendly enough.

My room was excellent and I plan to come back and stay at this hotel. It is in a great location it's right in the middle of everything. So you can walk everywhere. My room was very nice and clean! Hey the breakfast was free it was great. We will be back. Great area. Great service. Thanks again,

Rooms were very clean and up to date. Staff here was polite, courteous and helpful as needed. A convenient Denny's next door.

Nice hotel, good facilities, nice neighborhood The internet is not so good, but that's pretty much the only problem. Recommend!

I would like to say that this motel has the best customer service that I have received in a long time. From making the reservation to checkout the staff was wonderful. I called to make reservations after reading the TripAdvisor reviews. The reviews were all across the board but I

Dirty, old, loud. That's said it's a good location and cheap. There is a Denny's next door. Good for 1 night as a quick place to sleep

This motel surprised me. We stayed here after an evening Stars game due to the long drive back to Houston. It was relatively clean and had nice TVs. The lobby was clean and I believe they served free breakfast as well. Would definitely consider coming back.
