I have never been to a Sheraton Suites before and I must say the experience was quite good. The staff was very nice and quite professional. The restaurant and bar was not only reasonably priced but also had a live jazz band. Our room was the Jacuzzi suit which was very comfy, well kept and plenty of space. Now I did have one complaint and that is when we checked in they upgraded us to a new room but this room had not Jacuzzi as the front desk employee said. However he made it right and we got our Jacuzzi room. Overall, we plan on returning on our next trip.

Lovely big rooms, very comfy beds, excellent shower, views amazing. Breakfast could be better but not that bad. Noise from the roads and falls but pretty good windows to keep it out. Microwave in room always handy.

We had a great experience at this Sheraton. The room was clean, we had views of the falls, the gym was clean, and the pool/jacuzzi area was great. We were also able to take our two dogs with us which was a great feature! The service was also amazing (front desk/room service were very kind). The only thing that we had a slight problem with was the shower (water pressure was pretty low/shower was a bit moldy).

Great location with fantastic views of the falls. I make a point to stay here every time I come to Akron. The rooms are very spacious amd I like that the sitting area can be closed off from the bedroom, great amenity if you are having others in your room. Only complaint is that the toilets run a lot and can be quite noisy.

Amazing. Clean rooms with meticulous details. As I exited the building I saw a housekeeper vacuuming the couch cushions. Stunning architecture. Warm environment. Quiet. Room service was timely and the beer was cold. Thoughtful, intelligent and helpful staff. Amazing food. Perfect for a relaxing stay away from the kids. Pet friendly and doesn't smell like animals. Wonderful environment.

Nicely decorated, very clean, staff were on top of their game, entertainment on the jetty was fun, views are best I've witnessed at a chain hotel. Rooms were very nice for the modest price. Grwat value. Nitpicks: shower faucet was not intuitive and the pressure/spray wasn't great. Traffic noise on the river side of the building worried me early in the evening, but by bedtime it had subsided and I slept well in the very comfortable bed. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back.

Good place to live, right by the river. Ask for a river view room if you want to stay here, really beautiful. Good restaurants and bar within walking distance. Close to the interstate as well. Good gym to work out. Only missing things a pool. Hotel staff is very friendly too.

This hotel is great. Room was large, clean, and very stylish. Pool and hot tub are nice. Has a bar with live music. What makes this hotel stand out is that it is built right on the river, which is beautiful. The only thing I can really knock the hotel for is the room service was really slow for the chocolate cake we ordered. Also, the hotel is located right next to where the town hosts festivals, this could be good or bad. For us it was bad, because the music was loud, and we just wanted peace and quiet, bit if you were in town for the festivities, it would be great. Also, you should be aware that the hotel serves breakfast, but it is not complimentary.

It was a beautiful hotel. Nice location. Very quiet and serene. The river view from our window was beautiful. The hotel room was spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The food in the lounge was great. We hated to leave.

I attended a social dinner hosted and prepared by Sheraton Suites. We had a buffet with three options for a main course, in addition to salad and dessert. In previous years, we had to choose which dish we wanted ahead of time. I liked the buffet style this year much better. The food and service were both excellent.

We've always had a great experience there except this last time. Went with the family for breakfast before leaving town. The made to order eggs/waffles took forever. When the eggs finally came out they were burned. We sent it back. Very disappointing.

My husband and I recently stayed a night here in a riverside suite. The room was very nice, with a living room area that is separated from the bedroom area by two large sliding doors. The place is recently remodeled and it shows, it is very modern looking and up to date. I loved the view of the river and the roar of it was actually very relaxing. The staff was very friendly and curtiuos. We did not partake this time, but in the past we have gotten the breakfast buffet which is also very good.

Clean, comfortable and welcoming are 3 words I'd use to describe this place. I've been here several times and, without exception, have been treated with respect, competence and smiles - even arriving late at night. Has a decent indoor pool and hot tub area. Breakfast provides many choices. Coffee and tea are available in the lobby 24/7. And it's right in the middle of any shopping/services needs one could imagine.

From check-in to check-out, a great experience. Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful - a special tip of the hat to the guys working the front desk around 6:30 p.m. Friday, January 29. The interior of the building was clean, modern, and very attractive. The room was very clean, spacious and well-appointed with Starbucks coffee, and the trademark Sheraton soap and shampoo - with a scrunchy to work up a good lather! I'd tell you more about the bed, but it was so comfy that I fell asleep within seconds of my head hitting the pillow. When I woke up the next morning, I had a spectacular view of the Cuyahoga River Rapids.
