The few times that I have had to go to Dave White Chevrolet I have always had good experiences with customer service there. I've always been treated respectfully and professionally by the men and women that work there. I feel like they're overpriced when it comes to pricing the various Services they offer. But they're in it to make money like every other business.

While the service is great, I have never waited less than 45 minutes for a scheduled service appointment. My frustration lies with making an appointment and then having to wait for longer than an hour for your vehicle. Today, I had an appointment for 0900, it is 10:30 and I am still in the waiting room.

This is where I purchased my car and it's the only place I go to for services like tires, oil changes, and over all checks on my car. Everything has been great and they have never said anything checked out wrong for my car. I've only had the car for 1.5 years and suddenly my breaks are in horrible condition. I'm not worried about the price, I'm more concerned over the fact that I've been there multiple times, they have driven my car, they have checked my car, but nobody told me this information until it was almost at its worst. They didn't even take time to explain it to me this time, I happened to ask about it and that's how I found out. I love this place and always recommend it to other, but now I'm very wary of their services.

I don't normally think highly of dealership service departments, especially being manager of an aftermarket repair shop. However, Mark at Dave White's service department does a phenomenal job. He kept us informed the entire and went up and beyond the call of duty even for a warranty repair. I very much so appreciate his demeanor and personality. Anything I cannot do in my shop will go to him.

I really can't say enough for what my salesman Kieth Foster did for me. Truly outstanding the effort to find the truck I wanted in Erie, PA. So satisfied I bought a second truck for my business at the same time and they delivered both to my driveway in Illinois. Great job! Chevy is lucky to be represented by you! I WAS a Ford guy! I would highly recommend working with Don Webb at Dave White. From start to finish of getting my first car he made it stress free, easy and actually enjoyable. He never once pressured me to get a car from him like other dealerships had done. Don went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable driving the Malibu, I got the color I wanted with the features I wanted and for a payment that I could afford. He also made sure before I left the lot that I knew how everything worked. I will definitely be working with Don again!

I came to Josh Fuller to help me in the purchase of my first car. He made the experience easy and provided me with many options that fit in my price range. I never felt pressured, he let me take my time and he answered every question I had, as well as providing me with honest opinions. A few days after my purchase my XM radio stopped working and Josh was quick to answer my text and get it back on for me. In the future if I know anyone looking for a car, I will refer them to Josh at Dave White!
