Hotel is a little old, but pretty good considering. Rooms are nice overall. Bathrooms are very good as are beds. The TV quality was subpar as it kept skipping and pausing on each of four in rooms my party had. Staff was very nice and helpful. Outside street and public beach/parking noise was no fault of hotel, but still bothersome.

STAY FAR AWAY - This place is a dump. The heat in the rooms does not work, when we spoke to management about it they said "Our apologies, the Director of Engineering is the only person that can assist with this. The entire building will need to be switch over to heat. We can look into this for you tomorrow. Our apologies. -Derrick, M.O.D." I was leaving the next day so this was of zero consolation to us. This place is very, very dated. A lot of people are saying it was recently renovated, but we were stuck in a dumpy rooms across the main building. Walkway to beach was closed. I guess you only get the recently renovated rooms when you don't use Hilton points to book a room.

Hotel location great as the beach is across the streetlocation on the beach strip is perfect and the restaurants are in walking distance. The hotel is set in a picturesque setting and it offers a lot. The front desk service was excellent and we found most hotel associates pleasant. The lower hotel needs more attention especially the bathrooms. The room cleaning service needs improvement. I would definitely stay there againwe enjoyed it thoroughly.

What a beautiful place with a waterfront view from our room. They were doing some renovations when we stayed in 2015. Not all rooms had a waterfront view unfortunately. You need to ask for one. Beautiful pool with a bar. Tennis courts also. They also have a marina which accommodates large boats and yachts. No room service but had a deli within walking distance. There is a Bed and Breakfast option with the suites which can go up to $489/night(depending on bed size and number of people). Valet parking which is handy but pricey. Expensive but worth it(recommend trying some of the booking websites for lower prices). Would definitely go back!

This was a nice hotel. It is definitely dated, but they do a nice job trying to keep it up. It is clean and the staff were very friendly. It's currently undergoing a renovation, so keep that in mind. The location is very nice, good pool area, across the street from the beach. Shops and restaurants are a short walk. I will return again.

First time visit to this hotel. The Tower rooms are very modern and comfortable thanks to a major remodel that is being completed right now. In my room there was plenty of space to get my work done with a large desk. Even in my room I was easily distracted by the amazing view from my room in the Tower. The view of both the beautiful beaches and the intercoastal marina on the side of the hotel was fantastic from the room. I recommend taking a walk over to the pool and outside bar. What a great place to relax. My experience was lots of cheerful staff and great food while at the pool restaurant and bar. Who would not be happy with those views?
From the pool, this is a great location to walk to the beach which is directly in front of the hotel. It is also just a short walk next door to many of the charter fishing captains docks. Walk a few steps further and you are at a variety of fantastic seafood restaurants like Coconuts which was my favorite local bar and dinner spot. Late at night or early in the morning I chose to visit The Market. This was my go to for great breakfast, lunch, or dinner snack items to just pick up and take to the beach. They have really nice quality foods, pastries, fresh juices, salads, even sushi. I cannot wait to return again in November to see all of the upgrades and beautiful remodeled areas of the hotel completed. I am going back because the more I explored the more I found at this hotel that I enjoyed. It was a relaxing visit! Thank you to the staff for their attention to the details and wonderful pampering. After the remodel maybe I can update my rating to 5 star. See you again soon!

This hotel has made our stay away from home so incredibly comfortable! Before arriving fantasia started helping us setup our celebrations and once we arrived Dante did everything he could to make our check in, stay, and adventures memorable! This hotel is beautiful! Right next to the beach, marina, restaurants, attractions, etc. The restaurants at the hotel are delicious and oh my, the continental breakfast is more like a full eat in diner! We will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends!

I had an absolutely amazing time here! The rooms were clean, the food was great and you couldn't ask for a better location. But above all the one thing I will remember about this place is the staff. I was there for 5 days and there wasn't a second where staff was less than 100%. Wendy and Jacob especially. They remembered my name and would always greet me and make me feel special! They would ask me how my days were, remembered what I said I had planned for the day and ask how it went. They made me feel at home. I honestly didn't go a day without seeing them. They work hard and always seemed to happy! I can't thank them enough for the hospitality!

Newly renovated rooms are very nice. Staff and management were great as well. Personal text messages from management asking if everything was going well was impressive! Beach across the street and pool is a short walk from main building. We enjoyed our stay only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because $27+ to park should be included in the rate.

Save your money and stay at Motel 6! Not much difference. Old motel beside the high rise is where we got stuck for five days. Dirty couch cushions in lobby, noisy room AC. Front desk wouldn't provide a chair with arms for my brother recovering from surgery. Food service manager made it happen. Thank you. Grossly overpriced. Lots of hidden cost, parking over $30.00 per day. No need to tip for good serviceit's automatically added, good or bad! NOT ocean front! When I complained, was told a manager would callnever did which is what I expected. Staff not rude but not friendly. Two exceptions, Omar at the bar and "Jersey boy" at check in. Many other nice hotels nearby. Wish I had done better research. Won't EVER stay here again!

This place is fine. Great location blocks from lots of things plus water taxi 2 min walk. It is older property but who cares about that stuff there are beds shower, pool,pool bar w great menu, bridge to beach, marina accessgreat. The maids are good and nice. The front desk and maintenance are clueless and lazy. Bad layout in lobby have a ton of space on mezzanine level but cram bar and restaurant in a small room and hallway. Employees telling ppl to move ..very uncomfortable. Need invest in staff and space management.

Great room as great location. Just a 3 minute walk away from the Ocean Blvd. Strip and shops as well as Sebastian Beach. Customer Service is top notch. Hallways could use a slight decor change. But overall the lobby is really clean and friendly. Delicious cookies upon check-in and a discounted early check-in fee. Coming here again for sure!

We waited in their lobby for the Gondolas West boat tour. The front staff was very nice and helpful. It was clean. They are apparently pet friendly because a couple had their dog with them. I didn't stay at the hotel but it seemed like a nice place to stay.

Great location with pedestrian bridge from hotel directly to beach. The hotel is walking distance to the water taxi as well as great restaurants and shops. A convenience store located adjacent to property. Slightly older hotel but the room was immaculate and roomy with a great view of the ocean and marina. Great, friendly restaurant on site as well. The only small complaint was the extremely strong perfumed scent in the lobby which bothered my allergies a bit but no big deal. BUT, above allthe Bahia Mar saved my vacation from becoming a complete disaster. Took the hotel shuttle to the port for a cruise. Upon getting to security, I realized I left my purse in the shuttle. After a frantic call to the concierge person, she promptly acted and managed to quickly contact driver who immediately returned to the port for me. Purse was exactly where I left it untouched. Went on to enjoy a worry-free vacation. Needless to say, I would strongly recommend this property.
