Happy hour is awesome. The service is supurb. There location is excellent. Sit in the porch for a cool breeze.

My girlfriend was stuck in the bathroom for 10 minutes because the door wouldn't open. A technician comes in and almost breaks the door open and tries to put the blame on her for "locking" the door when the door was not even closed completely. On top of that, the bar had loud music on at night and we couldn't sleep because of the noise. The only thing that was positive from our stay was the location of the hotel but I wouldn't stay here again.

If you want a nice quiet stay in south beach then this is not the place for you. If your a light sleeper dont even look at this place! Bar downstairs place music till midnight. Doors slamming and people yelling and talking in hall all hours of the night. No coffee anywhere and had to ask for towels. Didn't clean room until 5 or 6. Marijuana smell is everywhere. If your there to party at night then yes this place is for you.

Cute small boutique hotel. Staff is nice and friendly but I was constantly interrupted by loud guest all night long. TONS of traffic all night long.

Happy hour consisted of HOUSE gin, vodka or rum. Again ONLY house liquor.
The room I was in was spacious. The front counter folks are very nice.
The housekeeper GINA is a doll!!!! So kind and genuinely helpful.

It is not so bad but if you stay in the 1st floor and if it is weekend then you will not sleep, because there will be a lot of noise of drunk people. The good is that the hotel is very close to the beach. And in the center of everything.

Unexpectedly nice. We caught a special for under 60 bucks. Happy Hour from 7-8pm was great. Room was awesome.

Absolutely exceptional value for money! Small hotel, great location. Close to shops, night life and beach. Friendly staff. Free airport shuttle free beach towels and free drinks for 19.00 to 20.00. Fully comply with 3* grading!
We really enjoyed our stay in Miami South Beach!

The staff are unpleasant Karla mainly they don't clean the rooms i stayed Thursday til Monday they cleaned my room once had to go ask for towels they don't tell you everything when you checking in there happy hour is water down bottom shelf drinks and while sitting on the patio I saw roaches.. the service is terrible they play music to accommodate the staff not the guess..

I am staying in room 202 on the second floor. The stairway door right next to my room slams every time someone comes in. I get startled everytime it slams! Its 2:22AM and i cant sleep. To late to even ask for another room. My heart jumps out of my chest I swear! Very upset. Decor doesnt make up for it. This is horrible.

Great location, one block from the beach. rooms are ok, would be nice if it had a fan Staff is friendly and helpful. Bathroom is small. But overall not bad, you don't come to South Beach to stay in a hotel room.
