Nice hotel, easy to get to, clean room. Location I an odd area, hotel is in the middle of a commercial office park and close to the anheuser bush plant. Room looked like like it was updated somewhat recently. Only issue was ceiling looked like rusted metal that had been painted over even though it isn't metal. One other interesting thing was the water pressure in the shower was the highest I've ever felt from any shower. I liked it just wasn't expecting it.

Very dated rooms and could be cleaner. The staff was wonderful, but it did not make up for it. We had construction above us and very loud people on our floor all night gathering outside our room near the elevators. They were very rude and noisy and were slamming doors all night. We had a cracked toilet and water damaged ceilings and cracking ceilings. Maintenance was very lax. Seems like it was a good hotel once.

The pool water appeared gross looking so we didn't venture in. Hotel overall is very dated. Worn and dirty furniture and carpets in hallways and rooms. There is evidence of attempted updating, but the old heavily outweighs the new making for a very tacky overall decor. The "king size" bed was actually two double beds put together. The room reservation indicated there was a sofa with a pull out, but the room did not include that. The room and bathroom doors were more than likely original to the hotel. The bathroom door practically hits the toilet because the bathroom is so small. The linen had somewhat of a bodily sweat type of odor. The wall heating and AC unit was very loud and basically had one temperature. The channels on the TV were in and out with poor reception. I'm praying there were no bed bugs. None were detected following an examination. The only positive about this place was the 50% off price of $60. I can't imagine if I would've paid $120. I would've walked in and right back out demanding a refund.

I used a Groupon for a one-night stay. Check-in was easy. The rooms are interesting, there are a lot of what appeared to be upgrades, but there are other areas that look like they've been there since the 50s. Like the door to the bathroom looks like it had come from an old shed in the middle of the woods. The water pressure in the shower was surprisingly strong. When I turned on the shower the head was tilted in a way that water went all over the bathroom floor. My friend and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The event was fantastic. And the staff seemed super friendly, other than the bar tender on Sunday. They told us the bar would be open at 2. She didn't start setting up till 2, which it then took her 45min to set up. All we wanted was beer in a bottle, which she could have easily gotten for us, but she never asked. That was a terrible experience.

I attended a networking event in the ballroom. The space was big enough for a large amount of people, well lit, plenty of entrances/exits, and the temperature stayed comfortable during the 4 hour event. The facility was clean and elegant. I would go back for other events hosted at this facility.

The room was super nice! We got a Groupon deal for a girls night and it was great! The service was friendly, the rooms were clean, and it was very nice. The beds were so comfy and we slept like babies!

Great place, always look forward to staying there. The salads at the bar are wonderful. Two pools, one indoor, one outdoor. Rooms are clean and beds comfy. Air conditioning units tend to be loud and hard to moderate temps. Nice fitness area as well

We had a terrible time to check in the first room they gave us stinks like mildew and there was a large bug in the bathroom. We had to go back to the desk to tell them what happened. They then sent us to another room to check that out. So it took us 40 minutes to check in. Not once did anyone at the desk offer to assist us or get a luggage cart. I voiced my concerns to the manager and he was very nonchalant about it all. The hotel itself is decent it's a comfortable place to sleep. But the hassle of getting checked in made a very bad impression. Also they have a heated hot tub and heated pool and neither of them are warm at all. Not impressed!!!

Went there for a seminar. Building is nice looking on the outside. Inside: the hallway carpet was worn, stained in several places; and seemed to be laid over some thick, soft padding, so that it felt as if I were sinking in sand at each step. The hallway and meeting rooms were also freezing cold. And I'm usually the one who's too warm in any room. None of the bathroom stall doors would close properly as they were all out of jamb. And none of the wall mounted soap dispensers worked.
Could be a nice place, but it definitely needs some TLC to rescue it.

I attended a birthday party. The room was beautiful. The bartender could have been a little more helpful. We asked for the sweetest red win and was given a very dry one. The way staff was a little presumptuous. They took a few glasses away assuming the guests were finishedthey weren't. The food was very good. They were very accommodating when there was a change in the lighting requested. I would recommend them to someone looking for a place to have a function.

This hotel is top notch, we were staying for a soccer tournament and when we checked in there were several events going on, the hotel it was crazy packed, the front desk staff was amazing kind, curtious friendly. Remembered my name every time I walked by her, Even when I came down to request additional items for our room they never wavered from amazing. The restaurant was great, service was outstanding, rooms clean and inviting, 5 stars across the board even their maintenance man was superb talking to guests, asking if he could help them in any way, never have I felt so welcome in a hotel You won't regret staying here

Very friendly staff. The overall feel of the place is old. Is in need of updating. Rooms were not clean. Bathroom tub was leaking water. Carpet was dirty with stains. I did not eat at the hotel. Ample parking

To be honest, I only wish that I could post zero stars. My wife and I came here for a 3 night stay to spend a little time in Columbus while I had a training seminar. We are actually still at the hotel and all I can say is that I am beyond disappointed. We get here and one of the 2 guest elevators is down for "maintenance." By the next morning the second elevator was down as well and all that was available for the entire hotel was the service elevator. We had paid the extra money to be able to get the breakfast every morning and when we sat down for our breakfast, we were half way done before I had finally followed one of the multiple staff walking around to ask them if we could please have some coffee and juice. As we were returning to our room, the carpet and hallways were a complete mess from the large number of kids that are staying in the hotel for a dance competition (you cannot tell me that you couldn't get someone to run a vacuum at some point). Once we got back up to the room, bypassing the empty beer can in the hallway, my wife decided to get a bath to soak for a bit. When she ran the water it came out with black particles of something that we couldn't really figure out what it was. We called the front desk and had the housekeeping supervisor sent up who then told us they would have to get someone from engineering to come up. So we are now finding ourselves sacrificing a good portion of our day as we wait to find out what the hotel is going to do, if we're gonna be moved to a new room, etc. I selected this hotel because it was convenient and where my seminar was going to be. But after this experience (and sadly we are still here), we will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

This is a hidden jewel in a forgotten part of Columbus. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Our Thursday night stay with 3 small kids was very pleasant. The indoor/outdoor heated pool is suitable for a relaxing dip but don't expect to get in any laps. However if you need some exercise there is a very good exercise room AND an .3 mile paved outdoor running path around a small pond. One note the buffet breakfast is quite good but apparently is not complementary for all rooms and will run you close to 15 bucks a person so check that before hand. A possible drawback to this property is that there is very nearly NOTHING in the area. The hotel sits in the middle of an office park with very little in the way of streetlights, no restaurants, and only one C-store/gas station within a 5 minute drive.
