The room is very unclean. Wasn't expecting high end for the price paid, but there are dead ants on the floor near the desk and the bathroom looks like it hasn't ever been cleaned. Bedroom furniture is up to date and the bed was pretty comfortable. The mini fridge has an obnoxious buzzing noise. The bathroom could definitely use an update. The front desk staff was friendly. If the place was clean I would have been satisfied with my stay.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. The pictures online aren’t even what the place is when you get there. The lady behind the desk was nice at first but was rude after we had asked to get a refund. When we arrived there was a female out front who was under the influence of something and a bunch dirty people sitting out front who made me and my fiancé very uncomfortable. When we went to the room the room was very dirty and then when we opened the blind for the window we witnessed a drug deal in the back of the building. We then went down to explain that we wanted a refund and everything going on a show her the pictures she said sorry about your luck you already checked in. We had to go through our credit card company to get it canceled.

If you just need a place to lay your head, it's ok. The service is fine enough, but the rooms leave a bit to be desired. Not to expect the Four Seasons, but some stuff in the rooms could use a bit of an upgrade. Bathroom looked as if it had been washed with hard water for 5 years straight. We had the first floor, back corner room and at 2, 3 am you can clearly hear other guests as they meander inside the halls as well as outside in the parking lot. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and the room itself was pretty clean.

Hotel and room were nice and clean and over all it was a decent place to stay. Pet friendly, which is why we choose to stay there. The only negative for me is the parking lot. It loops around the back side of the building but once back there your only options of escape are a narrow alley way with a sharp entrance angle or turning around. I mention it because I am driving a 26ft uhaul truck towing a car behind. We had to take the car off and then remove the dolly and it was only luck that there were enough empty parking spots for me to turn this pig around. Overall, a great place to stay but if you're pulling a trailer, park in front of the comfort inn or whatever hotel is next door.

Got moved to another room because the A.C. was broken. This new room has no mirrors except the one in the bathroom. Half the outlets don't work. And much to my disbelief after getting out of the shower, finding that the towels were dirty! Mystery stains, hair, and lipstick. Ladies, if you want to shave your legs, good luck unless you're a gymnast because the shower head does not move, nor can you control how much water comes out. The bathroom is very dated, and the counters slant down. The "gym" is nothing but a treadmill and a bike.

I have rated the hotel 2 starsthe accommodations are worn/tattered and require extensive renovations. The bathrooms are poor conditions and the heater/ac unit is prehistoric. With that said, the staff is excellent and do all they can to accommodate guests cheerfully and sufficiently.
Please note, Cheryl at the front desk is welcoming and professional, an asset to the face of this hotel. Mike, in maintenance, is professional, skilled and guest oriented. He too is an asset to the hotel. Thank you Mike, for fixing the TV cable and reception so quickly in my room. The housekeeping staff are kind and gracious and try to make a hotel in serious need of renovations, as accommodating and clean looking as possible.

The stay overall was good. Updated rooms were nice and beds were very comfortable. Staff was amazing besides third shift guy. He was a little rude. Sheryl was very helpful with check in and Mike the maintenance tech there reacted quickly when our sink wouldn't drain and light bulbs in the bath were out. He cleaned up his mess and double checked with us if there was anything else. Very polite and professional staff. And the price of the rooms are awesome.

Mike the Maintenance guy is Very polite and Very skilled. My tub and sink want draining at all. He came in explained what was wrong way needed fixed, Even showed me a couple of things when I asked him. He was back when he said he be back and snaked the hole drain so it was fixed permantly and not short term like most hotel maintenance men do. So I wanna say THANKS MIKE. Keep up the good work. (Hotel Wise) mostly updated bathrooms aren't bad or the best just average. But its a nice hotel and heading in the right direction. Just gotta give it time. Also with the price can't expect A Hilton Lol. Overall the hotel is a 7 out of 10. Inside nice outside needs a little paint and grounds were clean compared to the other hotel.

Disgusting bathroom, dirty (hairy/ crummy) sheets, and ANTS. Went to the front desk and they gave me insect spray that made it clear that this isn't the first problem with insects and I was told they would contact maintenance in the morning. Not only in my room ants were in another room a few doors down so it's more than likely a problem in most of the rooms. I would not recommend this place to anyone it is run down and extremely gross. The only good thing is it's cheap but honestly I don't even think it's worth the price.
