They charged my friend an extra fee because she hasn't changed her license over to her new address in Georgia and it still started that she loves in Columbus. The fee was so high she could not afford to stay the night.

Found bed bugs in bed. I told front desk and brought them live ones from that room to show as proof. They gave me a different room and plastic bags to put our belongings in(Luggage.Coats ) to contain any bed bugs that found there way in our stuff. That new room seemed okay but we didn't sleep comfortably because of incident. It was Sunday so head manager was not it. I will call Monday to see if they will refund me my money. Basically left to fend for ourselves. Arrived home, put bags with our stuff in garage to clean and inspect next day. Lesson Learned. When going to hotel next time before settling in inspect mattress under sheets, Look for bed bug stains on sheets and cushions. Bring bed bug spray to spray on luggage and perimeter of bed. There is no guarantee but you are doing all you can. Also bring in only what you need into room. Leave everything else in car trunk. I realize this can happen at any hotel, I wish that hotels would teach cleaning staff what to look for when making beds . Also , putting bed bug detection traps behind headboard on floor and housekeeping once a week check traps. Hopefully, there is a hotel manager out there who is reading this and will implement a better bug prevention program.

Very seedy hotel. I was as far as it was possible to be from the front desk, in Building "C" at the far, far, far end of the long, dark hallway. My room was like some bizarre, dystopian dream. Nothing really matched. The wallpaper had been hung at random, and overlapped. (No effort had been made to install it properly.) There was dried vomit on the floor of the elevator, and holes punched in the walls. The drapes over the windows in the main hallway had half-collapsed and were hanging drunkenly. The towels were probably bought from a prison supply company - tiny and very coarse. It was so bad that I had to laugh. For $20 more, I could have stayed at the Hampton Inn.

Plus I had terrible, heart-pounding nightmares toward dawn. This place would have been a great set for a horror movie. I think it might be haunted.

The only upside was that the staff was nice.

Great hotel for the price and close to the airport. They were busy when checking in, but the staff was still very nice and accommodating. The breakfast could be improved as it is simple cereal and toast. We will stay here again if in the Columbus area.

Very nice clean place to stay. Pool was awesome, breakfast is cereals, toast and juice etc. Staff are friendly and helped us when my wife needed an extra pillow which they bought to our room. The room was clean, had a fridge and microwave. The tv worked perfectly as did the shower. Would happily stay here again.

The hotel itself looks a little dated on the outside but the lobby itself is fairly nice. The rooms were clean and had the usual (TV, AC, etc.) The bathroom was fairly big for the price we payed for the night and the beds we're fairly comfortable. Has an indoor pool and hot tub. Obviously, it's not a resort or anything like that. You're in Columbus, not Colorado. But if it's a roof you need over your head, close to the airport and downtown Columbus, I'd recommend this hotel for you.

I've stayed here a few times and it's always been a pretty good experience. The staff has never been particularly friendly but I am staying there for convenience, not for pleasure. The free shuttle to/from the airport and free parking while you're gone is wonderful. They schedule your pickup when you check in and the ride to the airport is less than 5 minutes. Very reasonable for the price. I would recommend.

Bad stuff: TWO room changes because of faulty equipment. Shower curtain missing from third room, and it took 45 minutes to get one.

Good stuff: Close to airport, free shuttle. Clean enough.

Mixed: Front desk staff helpful, but understaffed and I suspect undertrained.

The hotel was right by the airport. Lots of traffic coming in and out of the hotel. We were there visiting family in the lobby. The pool is in the lobby so it made the whole lobby very warm and humid. Kind of uncomfortable with the temperatures in the high 80's outside. We did not visit the rooms.

The Location looked rough, but once you stepped inside it was really nice. The rooms were clean and roomy and service was great. The location was conveniently close to the airport and the hotel offered a shuttle to the airport as well.

One of the worst hotels in America.

You're at a Days Inn. In the city of Columbus. In the state of Ohio. If you expect more than one star from the yelp reviews you deserve the the quality you'll reserve. And you'll be happy.

I've stayed at many hotels across the country as a child of a member of the military and as an adult traveling for work. You can't do much less. Half of the rooms' windows open to the pool or the bar area and the other half over looks the hotel where half of the country must get their heroin.

The first room my girlfriend and I checked into didn't have proper air conditioning, after changing to a second room we were bothered by severe cigarette smells and a non working air conditioner. The third room had much smaller beds but a working air conditioner. Shower/bathe at your own risk.

Sleep with your clothes not touching any cloth, your suitcases off the floor and shower at your next destination and only book one night here because good lord - the front desk was kind but there is only so much you can with a place like this. 10-room motels in Idaho are better kept than this shanty.

PS - The third room we were given didn't have a deadbolt. I'll repeat that. We were given three rooms and the one that was the least safe was the most comfortable. Shower at your own risk. Wyndam has purchased this brand, takes a percentage of profit and doesn't care about your cracked bathroom or dirty matteess. You want a closet? Hang your clothes by the door. Also your room looks over a pool. Have a good stay.

Well the nice lobby is beautiful but crossing into the rooms is a bit different. The room was a bit old far as very old carpet stained and just worn out. Seemed clean but could use a ton of updating. Why make all the money they make and not spend a dime on the room interior. The pool was closed and read a post 4 months ago it was closed then so do not count on that.Front desk people were nice and helpful very easy access to airport and the parking spot. Breakfast was a silly toast or cold cereal or oatmeal that was it.
