Pretty decent place not to bad on the price rooms are exceptionally okay and the customer service there is somewhat okay too, but its near a lot of good stores would not mind staying again

Location was a bit sketchy. Also, they're no longer associated with Best Western. Room was nice and pretty big, but there was a party next door that went into the early morning hours. They do take pets, and were cheaper than the real Best Western hotels in the area.

No longer the Best Western. Now the Magnuson Grand Columbus North. Fantastic place now. Room was very clean, all employees were friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again!

The Ac spelled like butt ( no other word could properly describe it) and our only option was a smoking room. A few stains on the sheets seemed customary as they were on both beds. Dated and stinky rooms with unhelpful hotel/ motel staff. But other than that it was an amazing stay. It had a nice 1980s bowling alley feel to it . Thanks best western PLUS. (MINUS)

As a best western diamond member, I have never had such a terrible experience at a best western. I don't often get a choice in my hotels because of work, but the pictures of this place on the website for the price they were asking looked great. Don't let the pictures fool you, they hired a really good photographer.

Hallways were smelly, "housekeeping" knocks on doors and tries keys 'Quietly' after 10pm, parking lots were sketchy and not well lit, and I was not offered a diamond welcome package for an upgrade of any kind (I requested an upgrade to pay for- front desk didn't speak english). By far worse best western I have seen, the service excellence awards behind the front desk must have been purchased.
