Stayed with our daughters team for a Hockey Tournament.

Pros:
Rooms were updated, clean, and comfy. The whole staff was great and very accommodating. Kept the pool open late for the kids to swim. We got certificates for a free breakfast buffet. Great location, was easy to get to the rinks and close to restaurants and shops. They let the kids play knee hockey in the backside of the main lobby without any fuss until late at night. Beds were so comfy, warm showers. Our room had a mini fridge and microwave (which was an added plus that I wasn't expecting) Staff was very friendly, upon checkout I found someone had charged drinks to my room (which I never ordered or never received) but they fixed it quickly and adjusted my bill.

Cons:
Only 1 The beds were extremely small. My wife and I like to cuddle and be close at night but I still found myself almost falling off the bed every night.

All in all we had a great time and a great stay. Leaving happy :)

Overall great stay! The location was great. The service was exceptional. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. You could hear noises in the rooms fairly easy which was the only downside. The maintenance was excellent.

The DoubleTree in Worthington, Ohio is an excellent place to stay. The room are nice. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. It has a wide selection of nearby restaurants and attractions.

There is a $50 pet fee that is not noted anywhere on the mobile site. When I complained to the assistant manager and then manager, I was treated very rudely. The managers were not able to show me where the mobile site noted the fee but refused to take any responsibility. There are many other hotels in this area, i would recommend choosing one where you will be treated with professionalism and respect.

Room wasnt ready at check in. Had to check in super late. First room we were put in I found a bedbug in the curtains. Moved from a double bed to a king. So me and the other person rooming together had to share a bed. Elevator did not work properly at all. Took 20 minutes to get us to the right floor even though the floor we were on was the only button pushed. It kept going all the way to 10 and back to the lobby. It actually jolted to a stop and opened between floors. Second room was okay. Wasn't offered any compensation for having to move to a new room after bedbug incident. Staff were decent.

Very gracious friendly staff. Clean rooms and nice quality bathroom soaps. Great breakfast. Small indoor pool isn't suitable for swimming laps but nice to lounge in. Rooms have fridges and microwaves. Close to movie theatre and restaurants.

Clean rooms and NEW comfortable beds, really that's all you need. There is a pool and hot tub, as well as a small gym area which is nice. Best part is that there's several restaurants as well as a movie theater within walking distance which is nice if you're having an extended stay.

Currently here for a conference. Rooms are nice, conference has been set up very well and the staff seems attentive. However the front of house staff smells. Bad. It's multiple people, multiple days. They are all friendly but this is pretty basic customer service. Manager needs to speak to the people at the front desk about showers and soap.

Attended a conference there and everything was organized well and the facilities were very nice. Lunch was also provided and hit the spot. There were many employees helping to make sure everything stayed running smooth and clean. Wouldn't mind going there again for a conference.

Great family atmosphere. I love the pool and fitness center. I am pretty sure they accept pet but not 100% sure. Great hotel.

If i could give no stars I would. Starting out they out us, a family of five w/ 2 adults a 18 month old, 3 y/o and a 5 y/o, in a room with one double bed, yes I said double bed. That being said, it also took them 2 hours to provide us with a crib and then upon delivery @ 10:30 at night had the gall to say could you please keep quiet. My response was I would've had the baby asleep if you delivered the crib earlier. Staff was relatively friendly. Overall condition of the hotel is it is dated and you can tell. They also informed us they would provide us with extra blankets and pilllows for the sleeping arrangements, but that did not happen. The breakfast was nice, but way overpriced for what you get. This one is nothing to write home about and i'd skip and go to another one.
