I stayed over night after attending an event. The hotel itself is very nice and had good decor. The event had drinks and food supplied and both were of good quality. The staff was also very professional and courteous. I would stay at this hotel on my own since this event.

For Thanksgiving my family and I stayed here, we loved it. They reminded us of the Opryland Hotel before it was flooded (except without alm the plants). Breakfast was complimentary which included a omelet cooked to your choice. The rooms were clean. Overall we have enjoyed out stay.

Nice rooms, clean areas all around, spacious, and exceptionally friendly staff. Beds were typical of your better hotels in terms of size (smaller than I prefer), but the mattresses were firm and flat. Bar and lounges had plenty of areas to host groups small and large.

GREAT place to stay -- VERY nice folks working there starting with Robert (blond fellow) I think his name, at the front desk!! We accidentally booked the airport Embassy instead of this one RIGHT by the hospital we needed to attend -- he got us fixed up!! Hopefully the Dr will do the same for my lovely gal today!!

Nice rooms with an updated common area. Friendly and welcoming staff. Good overall experience. Temperature in the common area may be a little on the cool side for some but that could have been due to my visit coinciding with a significant turn to colder weather.

Went there for a work event. They had a lunch provided and it was delicious. Also the staff was very friendly and did an awesome job. Had a great experience and would definitely go back.

The best experience I've had staying at any Hilton property. Exceptionally and genuinely friendly staff from arrival to checkout, nicely updated rooms, and a well above average breakfast area. Even the beds seemed moe comfortable than usual. I will go out of my way to stay here again next time I'm in Columbus.

We enjoyed our short stay at Embassy Suites. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. We used the fitness center which was conveniently open 24 hrs. The complimentary breakfast was nice and the staff was very helpful. I also thought the restaurant/bar area looked nice and liked the indoor pool.

Great place! Had the opportunity to DJ a an event in one of their rooms. Everything was wonderful. The staff and the entertainment host was very helpful and accommodating. They have a restaurant/bar which is amazing. Looking forward to doing business here again.

Great Hotel. Nice beds for a nice hotel. One elevator was under construction so that was kind of annoying. Breakfast was really good. Had dinner the night before very large portions at a very reasonable price with a decent tasting feared.

They just had a 9 million dollar renovation and the place looks great! The staff for the most part are really nice. Only complaint is there are a lot of kids (not Embassy's fault), it can get kind of loud at times. Not in the best of areas but it's is right off the freeway which will get you around town.

As with all Hilton properties, the stay here was comfortable and pleasant.
This particular Embassy Suites appears to have been recently refitted / updated (or perhaps even built in the last 10 years).
Furnishings were modern and comfortable, staff was friendly, and the bar / food service was impressive for a mid-market hotel.
I'll be staying there for future visits to the area.response / report this review -

I stayed here this week while attending a three-day training conference. The experience was excellent. I was greeted by a great atmosphere that was enhanced by a smiling staff. Front desk service was great! The free breakfast was incredibly bountiful including made to order omelets! Free happy hour drinks at the open atmosphere bar, and very nicely presented appetizer bar were amazing. My room/suite was very nice and clean. I felt very pampered. I will most definitely stay here again when in Columbus. A special kudos to Curtis, at the evening front desk, who was very conscientious and pleasant with great assuring answers to all my questions.

My family drove from Chicago to Columbus to celebrate my daughter's Birthday. When we walked in the doors of the lobby, we could tell that some major renovations had been made, because we stayed here last year. The upgrades and improvements has this hotel looking Amazing. From the lobby/lounge area to the rooms, our stay was great. Complimentary snacks and drinks when we arrived, and a 5 Star Breakfast in the morning. The lobby/lounge area is very beautiful with modern decor, and the rooms were very clean, spacious, comfortable, with new & modern decor. The staff was very professional and friendly. The only issue I would say was the elevators and the ice machine. 1 of their elevators was out of service so it took a while waiting on the elevator. And the ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of order. But other than that, my family had a great stay and will definitely return.
