Very comfy and affordable rooms. Technically a business hotel but better priced than many of the others in the area. Bed was great, food at the Bistro was quite good and a solid breakfast buffet menu.

Clean, spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds. Appreciate the wheelchair accessible bathroom: The layout was easy to use and I felt secure in using the shower and other room features.

We had a suite that was very nice. All the employees are very nice and very helpful. Greeted with a smile and you can't beat the cookies we received upon arrival.

The hotel was nice enough - has a parrot in the lobby! Great breakfast buffet. Courteous staff. The hotel could stand to be renovated a little, but everything was clean and I would definitely come back here.

This double tree is a gorgeous hotel. The staff has been so exceptional at helping me with anything I needed from extra key cards to directions around town. The food is delicious and always has a great selection. You can tell everyone involved truly cares about their job and you as a guest. Even in the training meetings I'm attending the staff of the hotel is so very diligent on ensuring the coffee, water, and snacks are kept warm, cold, and delicious respectively. The hotel is also located in a great and central area and you can get to just about anything withing 15-20 minutes. I highly recommend a stay here. And as a bonus they have a gorgeous bird, named Georgia, that hangs out in the lobby and greets guests. If you're coming to Cincinnati definitely stop in give Georgia a hello.

Loved this place! The staff was extremely helpful. They took great care of our group. The rooms were large and in excellent condition. Great breakfast buffet also!#

Very nice hotel. The rooms were large and very clean. The outdoor pool and hot tub were also very nice and clean. The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is it's not directly off the highway. I had to take a few back roads using Google maps regardless of which direction I was coming from.

Super nice place. Staff was great rooms were clean. Only complaint was cheese plate we ordered in advance. Says it was assorted cheese , but the was only one kind.

People wrote about the cookies when you first check in, and that was such a cool treat! Stopped here for a night whilst on a road trip. Very nice staff and a very clean and tidy establishment. Everything in the room worked well and was taken care of. Heater, water pressure, TV, coffee, towels, couch, etc. was all very nice. Got the suite off Groupon and would definitely recommend this to friends.

We had a celebration of life memorial service in one of the conference rooms. The staff was friendly and amazing throughout the entire process. Atmosphere was perfect and hotel was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the Cincinnati area.
