Convenient location. Clean hotel. Breakfast was good - nice selection. Would recommend.

There was a luncheon at the Hampton Inn, West Chester Ohio location on Wednesday December 6, 2017. A gentleman gave me his advent calendar as he was leaving the dining area. He stated he had no use for it. About 30 minutes later an employee walked up to me and took the calendar from me! Put it In her bag and walked off! I seriously could not believe she did that! I believe it was the manager. Isn't that theft!!??? Do not come here! If She does that in plain sight just imagine what she does when no one is looking!!!

Perfect for business travel. Nice and clean. Lots of chain restaurants nearby. Not the most interesting neighborhood, but plenty of the usual options

Staff was excellent. Friendly, efficient and very helpful. Location very convenient to many locations. Cleanliness of our room could have been better, but still good.

Easy to get to location right off the interstate with lots of shopping and food nearby. The staff at check-in was great and the breakfast staff was friendly and accommodating and kept the food full. The rooms were very clean. They had an indoor pool, but I did not use it. The only thing I can say negative would be that the interstate was able to be heard from the room.

Stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites Cincinnati-Union to shop at IKEA next day. Late check-in was not a hassle. Room and bathroom looked very nice and clean. One of the beds was extremely squeaky, and every one of the pillows was way too soft, vent in bathroom didn't seem to work and shower curtain was a little too short. But these were the only negatives. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Shower was fine.

A very nice hotel to stay at overnight. Comfy bed, very nice room to utilize, nice shower head. Lots of on site utilities (i.e. pool and gym, business lounge), and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Rooms were okay, typical hotel room. No.loud noise or anything even.with my room facing the freeway. Bed was hard, pillows too soft for my taste but it's just a hotel room for one night. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Beds are great. Air conditioning works very wellbrrr. had to get up in the middle of the night and turn it up. Showers are greathot water is always there. And charging station on bedside is extensive. All manner of power and USB ports available.

My husband and I were taking our son to a concert and needed a reasonably priced place to stay. We found the Hampton Inn. They were very nice at the front desk. They took the time to explain some things for us, no rushing or acting as if they were too busy. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Nice place to stay!

We came here after traveling from Georgia and it is a beautiful hotel right off I 75 and so convenient. The room is very spacious the bed is very very comfortable and everything is extremely clean. The Who was very busy when we went to use it so we did not do that yet. Breakfast is included in that is another plus
