Restrooms need regular cleaning and a remodelling. Outdoor shower would very convenient for boaters who need to rinse off.

One more point in Miami that you need to spend to see the sunset.

If you take your boat out of this marina you are looking at paying anywhere from 30-50$ as the sunpass will get you for 10.50 then they want you to pay an additional 20$ for parking and claim you did not and give you another 20$ ticket. It is littered with trash, and they will not allow clients of a fishing charter or guide park their private vehicles in the marina in areas labeled as "designated for visitors'.

The fees are high and they have a scam with the parking!!!
First you need to pay the bridge fee to go to key biscayne, and with the trailer it depends on the number of axles, more axels more $.
Then u get to the marina launch and park in the designated area, the signs reads: way of payments: Ticket via machine or phone. We paid by phone and to our surprised came back after 5H to see a ticket on the windshield: FAILED TO PAY!!!
Looked at the sign again saw that that we had both payment choices, walked around, and at the entrance you have an A frame plastic board about 5 by 3 feet saying that there is a city ordonnance that they can not verify that you paid by phone so you need to display your receipt from the machine on the dashboard!!! Again this sing is not obvious the font is small and when you enter to park you are looking for a spot and do not look where the sign is! I think 80 to 90% of the people will miss the sign. So we paid by phone, prkg enforcement came and gave us a fine of 23.00$ on top of the parking fees we paid! now you have to waist your time and try to fight it in court or just pay the 23$ what they are counting on. What a scam! If you really want the people to know modify the sign that tells you you can pay by phone and put: 'MUST DISPLAY PRKG RECEIPT ON DASH, NO PAY BY PHONE"
Really angry at the city prkg agency!

Great place to launch a kayak or canoe and paddle under the Bear Cut Bridge and around to Crandon Park Beach. You'll see a lot of sea life 😊👍

This is a taxpayer funded marina should be a free marina just like anywhere else in florida but miami. I understand if they take care of the place a $10 fee would be understandable but. $16 boat launch fee $6 canoe/non-trailer boat fee!! ripoff.. also considering the toll fee to the island with a trailer $10.50+++ It's been years that the docks at the far end of the ramps have been completly falling apart they do nothing about it. The bathrooms are a disaster. With thousands of boats in just a week multiply that a year where's that money going? Obviously not in the marina

Lots of parking & everyone is so helpful in helping each other to get their boat ready to set sail.
