Email sent to Ingrid proper email address was given after I called asking to book 20 rooms.
Hello Ingrid,
May I add we did not stay in the rooms at all. We may have been at the hotel for 30 minutes at the most.

Email sent to email address on the business card given once decided to find a room with a properly functioning heater. First Email address: Reserve@*****
Hello Ingrid,
My fiancée (J****) and I booked a room at your hotel on December 10, 2017. We arrived tonight around 6:30PM and checked into room 116. When we looked out of the windows there were garbage cans out back, the room was cold, the tub was not draining (there was standing water in the tub) and the room smelled of mildew.
The front desk then moved us to room 103. There was music playing loudly, I believe it was the same music as the lobby. This room was also cold. We attempted to get the heat to work and were unsuccessful. Your staff tried to assist us with with getting the unit to work however it did not and we were offered a very small heater. (I actually have a video) The coverings on the bed were sparse. It would not have warmed us nor would the space heater have keep us warm. We had been traveling all day and actually came from (a state) were there was an actual snow storm.
Overall your staff was pleasant and attempted to accommodate us but spending 125.00 on a room with no heat, loud music and meager accommodations was disheartened. I would like to request a full refund. We had to find another room which had sufficient heat and coverings. The images you posted up were inaccurate. Please email me with a response promptly.

Staff was nice, location was great, the hotel itself seems old.
Good location, simple breakfast included, good value for price paid
Good location on 14th and Collins, valet parking is fairly pricey around 40 a night but normal for South beach. The rooms left a lot to be desired. Lighting was poor overall. The beds were barely full size and quite uncomfortable. Overall it was clean. Didn't see any bugs in the room. Check in and out was easy. Got stuck in the elevator briefly, don't ride with more than 2 people total!
Right down the street from the beach. The hotel is right on Collins Avenue where there are a multitude of stores and restaurants. One block over is Ocean where all the action takes place. My room was spacious and clean. There weren't many outlets but I did ask for and receive an extension cord. Continental breakfast was provided in the mornings. Overall, lovely service.
Good location. Friendly staff..breakfast is not wow. Could be better.
Great place convenient to everthing great staff especially Sebastian front desk clerk they all go out of there way for gest stay with them close to the beach all of the food beautiful art deco. With class if your in the area you need to stay and see for yourself oh by the way it's very comfortable well we will be seeing you soon again
Me and my fiance stayed here the first week of june. We were happy that our hotel room was so close to the beach and all the local businesses and a Walgreens across the street. Our room was perfect for the two of us for 5 nights. The staff was always nice and helpful to us. We met a lot of rude people in south beach but our hotel staff was not. House cleaning always worked to get our rooms cleaned everyday which is helpful when you track sand in from the beach. You can't beat the rooms for the price. We enjoyed our stay here.
Please don't believe any of the fake 4 or 5 star reviews regarding this property. This has literally been the worst experience of my life. I booked this hotel months in advance in order to celebrate my birthday this year. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by loud construction in the lobby. I requested a room away from the noise and I was told they could only give me a room 5 doors down from the construction. The walls are paper thin and after the construction stopped all I heard were the people above me stomping around ALL NIGHT LONG. I went to the front desk and once again requested a room change. Once again they refused. On top of the incessant noise the bed was literally rock hard. It felt like I was sleeping on concrete. When I requested a couple of comforters to soften the bed up they refused. I spent half of my birthday distressed and trying to catch up on sleep. They finally changed my room after I started bawling at the front desk at 12:30 at night. I couldn't hold the tears back anymore. So after 8 hours of sleep on another concrete bed, I couldn't wait to check out and get as far away from this hotel as possible. To top the whole thing off, the lady at the front desk told me that there was a parking garage that charged $20 a day to park my car when I checked in. I was charged $150 after leaving my car there for the 2 day stay. I reached out to the GM of the hotel explaining the matter in a polite professional way and her response was basically "to bad, so sad". I couldn't speak with her face to face about the situation, because she was so conviently not in her office as I was checking out on a Thursday afternoon. Please avoid this place like the plague. These people destroyed my vacation.
Update: I was not moved to 4 different rooms. The false reply to my post only solidifies the insincerity of this establishment.
I hope that this post will help you to make the right decision - never stay at this hotel. We planned to spend our honeymoon in Miami and this hotel was published at Groupon within some other better options. I don't know who I should blame - owners or Groupon management, but it was horrible. Customer service is a term that is not familiar to stuff. But it would be a half of the problem. When we came to the hotel, they refused to show us their rooms until we did a full payment - I'm not sure why we were not concerned about this, but probably were too happy after the wedding to complain. When we did the payment and signed the paperwork (don't ever do that!!! learn from our mistakes), they gave us a key to the room. I posted a couple pictures to proof my words, but the following words describe it well - dirty, old, dusty, nasty, moldy, dark. When we saw the room and made the same second decision to go to another place - THEY REFUSED TO RETURN MONEY. So please please please, for your own sake - never stay at this hotel.
Hotel was great, especially for the price! The rooms are very modern and tastefully decorated. The bar and staff were wonderful! Drinks were reasonably priced and the hookah was great! Nice breakfast as well. Great location too as it is a 30 second walk to Ocean Drive. Best hotel on south beach as far as the price and location goes!
Really nice staff, the guys on the front desk are really great, they help you as much they can. The rooms are nice, big and clean. There are AC in all rooms also an ice machine on the floor. Continental breakfast is just fine. There is a bar in the hotel till 12am. The location can not be better, the beach is just a one-minute walk from the hotel. I stayed there twice with my girlfriend and both of the times we enjoyed there. We would go back for the 3rd time also.
Other than the renovations, the hotel was not cleaned well and looks as if cleanliness is not a priority. The door to my room was not safe in my opinion since the slide lock was nearly off the hinges.
Great location as its a stone throw away from the action at South beach. Good prices for a budget trip.
Friendly at the front desk, helpful bell boy, and valet service.
The cable TV was not the best, but let's be honest is your staying in South beach and your bothered about the TVyour in the wrong place.
Best hotel I've ever stayed in! The gentleman at the front desk and the bartender were very friendly and helpful. The room as well as the whole place are adorable. Very clean. The staff was very polite and helpful anytime I needed anything. I don't think I would stay in any other hotel in Miami Beach after staying here. :)
