The workers are friendly. The hotel is not so good. They need to do a better job with all the accommodation. First night they forgot to give us soap, just two little shampoo packs. Had to use that as hand soap. Second day they forgot to give us the proper towel. No condiments at all. Place it's self doesn't have air control. My wife was cold but due to all the other rooms, it had to stay that temp. Not a good experience here. Even for the price we paid

Don’t even think about it. We totally made a mistake by booking a room over room photos. Don’t get fooled. I got the smell of cigarette as soon as stepped in the building. Also, I have no words to describe the smell on third floor. Make sure to see the room before you check in. This place has sanitary issues. Do yourself a favor; spend some extra and book a nicer hotel. It’s worth it.

The room did not have amenities like a microwave even which even motels keep these days. The room was cramped. Even water had to be paid for. They charged me extra for a few extra minutes during checkout. You can guess what they are upto.

The two stars is because the working staff was nice. They returned my clothes I had left behind in the restroom and they let me take a print out of my boarding pass after checkout.

Diamond in the rough 💎. We are in Miami Beach all the time and had never stayed here until this time. Iconic to what Miami Beach is. Historic building and nice modem and vintage decor. You'll have to experience it yourself. Staff is friendly and helpful. The beach is 2 blocks away. Indian Creek is across the street.( Yacht city) comfy beds and super hot showers. Cold A/C and mini fridge. Microwave in the lobby. I can't say enough. We will be back. I hope you visit!!!

I had worst possible experience at this place. I cannot describe that. They lied to us with their pictures. The bedsheets were not clean had blood stains on them, the bath was degraded and disgusting, the floor was broken and we saw bed bugs. When we asked them to change the bedsheets they just handed us the bedsheets and asked us to do it ourself because they don't have housekeeping and even the new bedsheets were not clean and had stains on them. I have uploaded the pictures.
Really one star is too much for this place. Apparently it's not the first time they do that and they do nothing for you, no refund, NOTHING!

Staying at this hotel was the WORSE experience of my life!! the service was horrible. I booked my stay for 4 days, never got my room cleaned and on the 3rd day I woke up to bed bugs on me. The hotel REFUSED to give me my money back so i got the cops involved. Unfortunately the cops could not do anything because it was a civil matter but they did bring it to our attention that it wasn't the first time they had the problem. However, as the cops were talking to the "manager on duty" another lady staying came down complaining she woke up to bed bugs as well. The whole hotel is infested with bed bugs.So please, save your trip and stay somewhere else because you will be disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this place to any human even if it was the last resort.. DONT DO IT!!

My experience with this hotel was great!! I dealt with the front desk clerk Sheryl and she made sure that my family was well taken care of!! Customer service was on point, we reserved right after Hurricane Irma and given the circumstances her compassion for our situation is well appreciated. We will definitely return once the area is back to it's normal condition and we can enjoy the city!! Thanks again!

Do not stay here, the only decent thing about this hotel is the location. The only parking for this "hotel" is right in front of the building which you have to hop onto a crub to get to there is only about 10 spots and they charge you $25 dollars a day but if you move your car and come back to no spots you are out of luck even if you paid. This place has bedbugs and is very dirty and outdated. When we arrived the man at the desk was arguing with a guest that wanted her money back because she got eaten up by bed bugs and old elevator and central A/C was broken. There was not a comforter on the bed no washcloths, the room was dirty the staff was extremely rude. The floors feel like you are going to fall through while walking on them. This place is a dump don't waste your money. You will regret wasting your money here!!!!

This was the worst hotel stay that I have ever encountered. I checked in on February 24, 2017 and there was absolutely no where to park to check in. The hotel told my husband and I that they only had 10 parking spaces available to them and you have to reserve them. The parking cost 25.00 a night to stay at this hotel. Once, we got to our room we checked the bed and immediately noticed that there was old blood stains on the bed. My husband went to the office manager and asked could they change the sheets and the manager told my husband I can call housekeeping to change the bed or he could just give the new clean sheets to my husband. What type of question was that to ask anyone ? The housekeeper finally came in and changed the sheets only for my husband and I to blood on the mattress pad and also the mattress. We couldn't cancel our reservations there because we would've been charged half the amount to cancel. I don't recommend anyone to ever stay here at all.

***RIP OFF*** FIRST off the pictures online does not , I repeat Does Not, look the actual hotel in person. It's like walking inside homeless shelter. The floors in the hallway had loud flooring, like rolling your luggage on a construction toolbox. The hotel guy agreed with us on every problem we expressed, but did nothing to provide a service. I kid you not, the black curtains in room 311 looked like human semen and blood was thrown across it. No blankets were on the bed, just sheets!!! "Am I on FEAR FACTOR" or am I BEING PUNKED!? This building has to be under city violation!! Especially the central heat and air.meaning if the person next door is hot , they can ask the front desk to turn it down.. meaning no comfort ability for everyone else. Another cheap escape for this hotel management!! ***also they will not refund your money even though the pictures on the internet is not the same**** do not book a dungeon here, I mean room. Hahaha!!!

DO NOT COME HERE ..1st they charged us for a family suite online
And when we arrived they advised us that we would have to use a standard size room. On top of that..there was NO HOTEL PARKING available. They only have 10 parking spaces ..that were already sold. Then the room was sub par at best ..we were charged an additional 22$ (resort) fee..that's laughable
The entire hotel had a very pungent odor as soon as you walk in. And the staff was terrible. Dingy towels. And we could only get ONE bathing cloth. And after all this we were never offered even an apology.
Beware of deals that seem to good or cheap to be true

Better make a parking reservation ahead of time as they only have 10 parking spots! Then they will tell you that you can park across the street in a parking ramp that cost $50 with no in and out, but that's only of there is nothing going on in the area, then it is $50 the day you arrive and another $50 the day you leave! When we asked for a refund since we couldnt park anywhere they said no. We spent 2 hours trying to find a place to park, which we ended up a mile away for $8. Then the room is nothing like the pictures, not nice at all. The bed has no box spring, just 2 mattress on top of each other so no support. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor so we could get some sleep. The best part of this place was when we left!!!

Horrible Place
Since arriving at the site everything has been a disaster, with the receptionist on December 25th in the morning.

* Reception staff, unfriendly, has no idea how to treat the person, or provide assistance to the guests. He lacks empathy and more kindness.

* What surprises me is that when we arrived, I paid $ 11 for hotel fees, I never understood that !!!
- Pay for the parking $ 25 more, which was supposed to be included in my reservation.
- To top it off they asked me for $ 100 deposit, which will be returned in 7 days.
Honestly a disappointment, no one would recommend this, the facility is dirty, the elevator is very old, the hallways are dirty, the walls quite unpleasant.

I am very hurt, not for the price, but if for the forms, the little attention.
I have photos of the whole place, my wife bit them all night these bugs, and it is with stains and sores all over the body. And I will report this to the corresponding authorities in Miami County and the Penn State University College of Agricultural Sciences.
They say that mites are a sign of poor hygiene, and that these animals are quite unpleasant walking all night in your body.
