Outrageously expensive for what it offers! No complementary water for goodness sake! Elevators old. Toiletteries sunpass, some rooms have poor functioning ACs!

Excellent hotel experience. The rooms and common areas were very clean and stylish. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. And the breakfast was filling and delicious. I can't wait to go back and try some of the other amenities.

Other than that it is nice top of the line stay.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early this visit. Both times we have been to this hotel, we found it to be clean and we'll maintained.

Front desk service is really good. The room was clean but the air conditioned doesn't work very well here. They offered to move us to another room, we check it but it had the same problem. You put the air on 60 and it doesn't feel cold. The room felt more than 70. Breakfast was good. Price was a little too expensive.

This is my new go to when I have to come up this way for dental services for my son. The staff was beyond helpful and nice. The room was lovely with a whirlpool tub in a huge bathroom. The little snack room has healthy options and the breakfast was above the norm. Even the maintenance staff went out of their way.

The staff are friendly and the rooms are good. The location is kind of remote but you can park for free.

So here's the deal. I stay in a lot of hotels. Here's the good. Hot hot tub, typical breakfast, lobby cookies, average to better customer service and wesome February weather. Here's the not so good. No outlets for charging all the things we have to charge in 2017. The shower head sucked the rooms smell like hospital rooms and it's not worth $200/night. I'd of rather paid more for better away from home amenities. However, Keg South is walking distance and the food and service is awesome.

Excellent service! No disturbances at all. Pool and hot tub is kept clean at all times. Staff is pleasant and kind. Food is great! This is the best holiday inn in America!
