Perfect old School South Beach..rooms are small, and somewhat outdated, however, that depends on what you want. Again, perfect old school South Beach. In the heart of it all, with, an amazing staff. Will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed there. Nice location and all BUT my things were stolen out the room.And the manager did and say everything else but HELP me. They're such cover ups over there.I didn't get a chance to back up my family pics taken from our vacation. It hurts to have those pictures gone forever all because of sticky finger,non helping expensive hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL.

We had a wonderful stay at Winter Haven. It's steps away from the beach and in a perfect location. You can head north a little bit to get to Lincoln Mall for some great restaurants and shopping. There's also a lot of bars within walking distance.
The staff that worked at the hotel was also very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anybody needing a place on Miami South Beach.

I am amazed at how poor this hotel is. By far one of the most unpleasent stays I've ever had - tiny room with a bathroom stall which has broken tiles and unsecured shelving, extremely noisy alleyway behind the hotel, and a carpet last replaced during the Carter admin. Heads up - retro doesnt mean old, dirty, and worn out.
I assume 'Autograph Collection' means the best part of your stay is when you autograph the invoice at checkout?

Small boutique hotel on Ocean avenue in South Beach. Small rooms with mini bar and fridge. Loud outside noise is only complaint.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It is in a prime location, amazing views and they have a great staff. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in South Beach.

Great location. Very nice staff. Very helpful. Clean rooms. No pool. Bathroom a little narrow. No ice machines. Rooms very pretty. Roof deck was very nice as well.

Awesome little hotel right on Ocean Drive. The staff here is amazing. Make you feel totally at home. And Esteban will keep hitting you with free Champagne. He's really great.

The hotel is old-style, art deco. Just 1 elevator. The rooms are a little small.but you're right in the middle of the action. And 2 min from the beach.

The staff is charming, especially Dawn at the front desk.

Location is great - right across from beach. Rooms are small, but clean and contemporary. Service is middle of the road or typical. I would give four or five star if breakfast was included.

Staff was awesome and very attentive. They were on the ball with everything we asked for. Nice room with great view. Only thing that was bad, and I don't mean to be picky, but all of the outside windows were very dirty. It was hard to take pictures of the great view with stuff all over the windows. You get free chair rentals on the beach, beach towels upon request, and free bike rentals. Parking is bad. You have to use valet and it is $35 a day.
