Really good hotel!!! The room has a full kitchen really good for a long stay! They also have others good facilities like gym, bar, restaurant and the breakfast is complimentary!!! The only big issue is the parking lot that is very pricey $17 dollars for each overnight plus taxes on top of everything!

Very comfortable hotel. Nice amenities for a business traveler. The lobby is welcoming and customer service is responsive. The rooms, however, are a bit dark and could use more lighting.

Wonderful staff. You feel like you just came home. The warmth and attention to detail the staff provides is second to none. Best hotel in Miami only because of the staff.

The Marriott Residence Inn has always been my favorite Hotel to stay at while away on work assignments! It’s home away from home! If you’ve never stayed at one I highly suggest that you do! You won’t be disappointed! And, the rooms come fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, utensils and more to make you feel right at home! Love this hotel chain!!!

My friend booked me a room, but I couldn't check in because I didn't have her credit card. She made the reservation in my name and explained that she would not be present. The reservationist assured her that it was no problem.
It made for a very stressful day, and I ended up canceling the reservation because it was getting late and I was tired after a long drive and needed a place to stay. I had the confirmation email that my friend forwarded to me, but it didn't matter. They said I could check in if my friend emailed them the last 4 digits of her credit card and a message saying that she agrees to pay for my room. She already relayed this information to the booking agent when she made the reservation! I tried calling her, but got her voicemail. By the time she was able to get back to me I had already found another place to stay.
I will remember to avoid Marriott hotels in the future!response / report this review -

Got reservations here 2 weeks before hurricane Irma to evacuate from Miami Beach. Then on day of evacuation, after filling their full kitchen with food, water, batteries, fans, and myriad other gear, we were told that the hotel was being evacuated. Not in a flood zone. Cooperate decision? Might have been good if I didn't have to drive last minute for 15 hours

This was our 4th stay at this hotel. We love the place. clean, quiet, friendly staff, great pool, great breakfast, quick shuttle to airport. will definitely return. We had a non connecting high floor room. kitchen amazing with cook top and microwave and coffee maker.response / report this review -

Clean, comfortable, friendly!
Breakfast was better than expected. Also because I am traveling to several other places for a few days then coming back, the hotel allowed me to leave a bag so I didn't have to schlep it around. Super awesome of them!response / report this review -

Loved the spacious clean room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel staff will grocery shop for you free of charge. Can't get any better than that. The health and fitness center is a real gym! Enjoying our stay.

This was our 4th stay at this hotel. We love the place. clean, quiet, friendly staff, great pool, great breakfast, quick shuttle to airport. will definitely return. We had a non connecting high floor room. kitchen amazing with cook top and microwave and coffee maker.

Stayed here for a pre-cruise night. The staff was friendly. The hot breakfast was good and made my morning stress free by not looking for a place to eat. There is a Starbucks across the street located inside the Marriott. Close to the airport and free shuttle to and from the airport and for a small fee there is a shuttle to the cruise port too. Definitely would stay here again.
