  It's a nice courtyard. Plenty of parking and staff was friendly. The building is kind of old, but the rooms are up to date.

  I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel last weekend for a social event. The event took place off site but the hotel was extremely well located and staff friendly. The workout room was excellent. I did not use any of the facilities in terms of dining or the bar but they looked inviting. I think the hotel could use a little bit of upgrading but it was not an off-putting issue. The rate was extremely reasonable. I would likely come back here once again for any type of similar event.

  It is great place to stay. Absolutely loved it! Would definitely come back and stay. Very nice warm indoor pool and personal is very attentive and respectful.

  If I could give negative stars, I would. We made our reservation months in advance, and when we showed up to check in, found out our room was no longer available. We were given no reason for this mishap and no apology. We asked to speak to the manager multiple times, and the manager would not come out to speak to us until we were standing at the front desk complaining for 30 minutes. There was no viable solution provided for their error, and there were no nearby hotels in the state where they could find a room for us. No attempts were made to contact us during the day to alert us to the fact that our room was rented right out from under our feet. It is absolutely unacceptable as a business practice for a hotel to charge months in advance for a room and then double book it out from under a customer in order to line their own pockets. Despicable.

  Courtyard Marriott was an absolute dream! We stayed here during my sister's wedding weekend. The rooms were really nice and the pool was really warm! The Bistro had a nice selection of food items and drinks. The staff was helpful and very accommodating! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who looking for a terrific hotel.

  Extremely peaceful, lovely associates, warm swimming pool where I met Mr. Heath who opened n closed it , nice rooms n lots more which is y I'm going to back when I need to relax.

  I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the staff were at this hotel. Lily is fantastic. As for the hotel itself, the rooms are standard, with the sink outside of the bathroom itself, standard carpet wood finish and beds. The room was quiet, I was on the top floor, and I had a balcony with chairs overlooking the courtyard. How pleasant is that!

  Service at front desk was great. Room key did not work and they fixed right away. Haven't been back to the room yet so I am unable to rate the cleaning. My only complaint is the room is extremely far away from the front lobby.

  Very nice hotel 20 minutes to the cities I visited family members. Very quiet and friendly staff. The Breakfast was very convenient and healthy choices. Would book again when visiting NY

  Perfect location, close to highway, restaurants and all area attractions. Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor have balconies. My only complaint is the water temperature in the pool was cold, too cold to enjoy, and it was packed with kids who were loud and inconsiderable most of the time during our weekend stay. They also brought many huge inflatable beach toys and took over the pool area for couple of days straight. This situation is not a hotel's problem, but cold water was. Disappointed. All staff were nice and accommodating except one lady who worked at Bistro on Sunday morning. She seemed annoyed by taking breakfast orders and acted openly irritated with people. Overall this hotel maintained very well and I would stay there again.

  We stayed one night here and it was wonderful. The in room coffee want the best but it sufficed. The king bed was comfortable and large. The staff were attentive and friendly

  Great staff, great service, nice little breakfast and dinner area. The beds are comfy. The rooms are clean. The hotel is far enough back from the road to make it very quiet.

  This is a nice hotel and they take great care of me every time I stay there. There is a nice little Bistro/cafe in the hotel that I often order from when I just don't want to go out for the night after a day of work. The staff has always been great and cordial. The rooms are clean and nice. I usually get a king size bed and they come with lots of pillows. I do wish there were more outlets near the bed but that is the way all hotels seem to be designed these days. The fitness room is great with two treadmills, an elliptical, and hand weights.

  The staff at this hotel made me feel so welcome. When I told them I was here for a girl's weekend, the woman at the front desk gave me a complimentary upgrade to a suite overlooking the courtyard. The views were awesome! She had great suggestions for places to eat too. Everyone was simply friendly. The lobby / lounge area was great to sit & relax after dinner.
  
  From a customer relationship management perspective, the Hotel Manager sent me a welcome email prior to my stay and the District Manager sent a follow up email the day after I checked out. A nice personal touch that's outside of the standard NPS feedback survey.
  
  I look forward to staying here again.
