Went to a baby expo so we didn't see a lot of the hotel. The conference/ ballroom was nice and clean. The bathrooms nearby are well appointed and very clean!

The hotel is nice, but in need of an update. I attended a wedding here 10 years ago and I don't think anything has been updated. The bar was nice, but none of the staff (except the bartender) was particularly interested in going out of their way to assist us.

I stayed in the club room and it was very nice. I couldn't hear any neighbors, the room had ample space and the man at the reception desk was very accommodating. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

Our stay at the Sheraton was great. The bed was really comfortable and we liked the extra couch area by the window. We asked for a fridge and microwave. Usually there is an extra fee but the man waved it for us since I signed up for their rewards program. The pool was also really nice (we only used the indoor one as it was winter). Really nice hotel, I would definitely recommend!

We go there for swimming lessons. Great pool and inside the hotel looks comfortable. We've seen many people stay there for events. There were some renowned soccer stars staying there a few months ago and people were lined up outside to get a look.

I attended a Sweet Adeline' s event at the Sheraton Parsippany. Overall it was a good experience, except for lunch. I ate lunch at the restaurant there (I believe it's called amuse) and the service was extremely slow. It took a very long time to get our menus and place our order. While our food was up relatively quickly, it took so long to get our check that my dining companion had to give me her share of the money and leave because she was late to her next event. Even after she'd left, it still took 30 minutes before I saw the check.

Under the new General Manager the Sheraton Parsippany has come a long way. Clean, modern, and with the new Bar / Restaurant it's cool. Great job bringing this place back !!

The hotel is pretty awesome, very nice architecture and accomodations. The pools are very nice, guestroom was super comfy and the breakfast was quite good too. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because some carpets around, particularly the ones on the elevators, were quite worn/dirty. Otherwise a great stay.

    ***UPDATE***
I emailed the general manager, Shannon, and he refunded half of our bill to compensate for what has happened. I appreciated finally getting in touch with someone who acknowledged the mistake.
    ***UPDATE***

I booked a handicap accessible room, and arrived to be placed in a room with an inaccessible shower.

I booked a room at the Parsippany Sheraton about six months in advance for the Somerset Harp Festival. I asked for a handicap accessible room as I'd be traveling with my grandmother. I received a confirmation email stating I'd have a handicap accessible room.

I called to confirm the room a week in advance, and asked if we'd have a handicap accessible bathroom. I was told yes there would be.

I arrive at 10pm straight off our flight, and was told all the handicap rooms are booked out for the ENTIRE duration of our trip.

I was told I could go to another hotel for a HIGHER rate and stay there, or they could get me some free movies.

After making several calls and trying to have this compensated in some way, as my grandmother is now trapped in a room without an easily accessible bathroom, I was told that the room was booked as a normal one with a "request" for a handicap shower. And since it was booked that way there was nothing they could do. Lauren Patanella, the front office manager, specifically kept repeating that it was "booked that way" and that "I requested not booked a handicap room".

If that's so, how do I BOOK a handicap accessible room? I talked over the phone to book, so do I have to DEMAND and call EVERY week to be sure that my grandmother will be comfortable during her stay?

While most of the staff has been pleasant, the management has been unfeeling, cold, and absolutely unbending in this. My grandmother could slip and fall, but at least we can have a free bottle of water and mini fridge to keep it in.

I will never book here again.

I visited this hotel after nearly 10 years to attend a meet and greet event with Mayor of Parsippany. The snack served was delicious. Service by waiters was good. There is enough parking and they have maintained the hotel really well. I would definitely visit again.

Hotel looks from outside like a old Castle, very beautiful. Especially kids very like it. All the room is huge, I never see a hotel get this big size room. It is not a new hotel, but it look had a renovation not long ago, no matter room, lobby, and all facilities is like new, very modern and clean.
They got huge confidence room, big lobby, and very big parking lot. It is very good to take care huge confidence or travel group. The parking lot good for 20 buses at least.

Beautiful rooms. Staff was very helpful, welcoming, and friendly. The pool and the jacuzzi were clean and they have a lifeguard. There's a beautiful small lake behind the hotel with benches for people to sit, relax, and enjoy the view.

We attended swimming lessons through a private, outside company in the pool at the Sheridan. The parking lot and lobby were very nice, however, there could have been better signage letting us know where to go. The pool was nice, but the changing rooms could use a little upgrade to go with the rest of the hotel.

Nice sized room. Clean. Good sized desk to work in room. Limited dinner menu. Breakfast on first floor starts at 630a not 600a which would be better.
