Very nice entrance to the lobby. Small bar with good choices. The rooms are far from the lobby and quite a hike, in separate buildings connected by a crosswalk. Beautiful grounds.

Nice hotel. Restaurant closed too early Friday. Pool was closed due to some sort of incident. Location can be tough to find. Rooms were nice. Meeting facilities are excellent.

Good location and nice room. I stayed on two separate occasions during a long weekend and had two different rooms and both of then were great. The lady at the check in counter was very sweet and friendly.

The rooms are clean and spacious, and all the staff are extremely helpful. The restaurant in house provides a good variety of delicious food. I was staying for work, and I had a great experience.

The Renaissance Westchester was great. My food was delicious, and they did a phenomenal job at catering/providing resources for the conference I attended. Additionally the fitness room is clean and well stocked with towels, it even has headphones should you forget yours!

Love it, very nice hotel, beautiful woodsy area. So peaceful! I love the lights in the rooms and the eclectic style in the lobby and restaurant! Food is expensive but delicious! I love staying here!

Nice property. Renovated older facility. Rooms updated but aged. Fitness center a nice bonus and makes it worth me staying here again. Restaurant average food but service usually slow (stayed 3 separate times and bee. Slow each time).

Just checked in seems more like a cheap hotel than the star hotel it claims to be.
There's no drinking water in the room.

I checked in late night and no food available. The guy recommended some take away place who wasn't very keen on delivery. Had to sleep hungry.

Breakfast was bare minimal, not as good as I have seen at other hotel renaissance locations.
Better of elsewhere at this steep a price.

Located about 1h driving from JFK, this structure offer either a nice escape from the city either a good opportunity of rest if you are heading north.

The complex is extremely large and sit in the middle of very green area.

Facilities are generally good, common areas are well design and pleasant to live.
    Swimming pool is very nice.
Gym is ok (but can should be improved with proper leg machines)
The garden offer a truly relaxing atmosphere.
    Rooms are clean an large.
    Restaurant is fair.

Staff is prompt to support you but generally very cold especially at the reception.

    Four star deserved no more.

Wonderful hotel. The rooms are fairly spacious and the bedding is incredibly soft. Sometimes, if we get a suite, there's a murphy bed which is always great because it makes the room appear gigantic. Only complaint is the layout of the hotel is awkward. The grounds and staff are always pleasant and inviting.

The hotel is nice, sleek, has all the amenities, but I would prefer free wifi and the restaurant is very expensive. We have found it much cheaper to downtown and eat. Very nice location, trails, pool, tennis.

Stayed for our wedding night. We had booked the bar to be open late and there was a miscommunication which led to it not being open when we got back. Our guests were very dissatisfied. In the morning the water in the shower was warm but not hot.

Had a wonderful one night getaway. Went with family (2 small children) and friends. Enjoyed the pool and overall look of hotel. Everything looked new and modern. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Beautiful hotel.
