As a professional Event Planner, I enjoyed my time at the Westchester Marriott. The Event Staff, particularly Jessie, were superb and went above and beyond to ensure a successful event. The hotel itself is beautiful; especially the guest rooms and function space. They have a Ruth Chris as their in-house restaurant which is delicious.

The only full service Marriott in the White Plains area. The structure is dated but the rooms are newer.

Full Gym and pool. Amenities are good but service is generally slow.

Best part of the hotels is Coopers Mill, the restaurant within. I travel a lot for work and this is arguably one of the better hotel restaurants I’ve experienced.

Hotel is very nice with easy access to all the major roads in the area. If you are visiting Sleepy Hollow this Marriott is a perfect home base. Rooms were very clean, beds and pillows are amazing. I would stay here just for those alone. Nice extra touches in the bathroom with q-tips, cotton padsetc along with a great selection of shampoo, soaps and lotions. Elevators are super quick (one of my peep peeves is waiting for elevator). Plenty of parking. Did not eat at their restaurants but the coffee they served was excellent. Only negative experience was at check-in. The lady who helped me acted as if I was interrupting her day. There was no one behind me so she was not busy. She was very abrupt, talked fast and was not pleasant at all. No welcome to the Marriott, have you stayed with us beforenothing. It's a shame she was the first representation of your Hotel.

Very nice hotel! My union has their holiday there each year. I was there this time for my husband's retirement party.
The rooms are always clean and well stocked with towels, washcloths and hand towels. Looks like they have done some updates since last year, which looks nice. Suites and rooms are roomy, bathrooms can be a bit tight. Indoor pool is clean, and the hotel bar's food is not too bad.
Ruth Chris steakhouse is also in the lobby.
Close to the Saw mill and 287. Plenty of free parking.
Front desk staff, always pleasant.

I attended an event at the Marriott and I have to say I was impressed with the place. The lobby was spacious and inviting. The courtyard pool area looked amazing. I didn't experience it myself but I would love to say there just for that pool area. The salon room where the event was held was lovely and the restrooms were extremely clean. Overall, based on my experience I would recommend the Marriott to someone looking to hold an event there.

Very busy weekend. 12 or 13 weddings. Booked king room but was given a double. Not happy b/c it was our anniversary. Don't know if it was hotel's fault or Marriott booking. Room was booked directly with hotel. One other comment: rooms are very nice except lighting mirrors in bathroom and room are terrible for wife putting on makeup.

Like most other Marriott properties, I was no less satisfied with this one as they provide the right balance of luxury, comfort and value for every dollar. The staff here have been helpful from check-in to check-out, but they went the extra mile to help me out when my car keys ended up getting locked in my car by flagging down the local Police Department to help me get into my car without additional charge. The rooms were well maintained and was wallpapered with foliage that definitely says "welcome to Westchester and Upstate NY!" The room was very spacious and bedding was comfortable! Bathrooms were a bit small for my liking, but I suppose you can't have it all. The elevators in here are pretty cool as you can choose the destination floor and get onto an elevator that is efficiently routed to get you to your destination quickly. That's something you must check out! It's also located conveniently off the interstates and is in between Tarrytown central business district (or the train station) and White Plains. I'm not sure how far the shuttle will take you, but it's there! I didn't use it, but I was mentioned the offering.

The rooms were clean, the staff was nice and the pool was decent that's about it. The WIFI WAS NOT FREE it was $13 !! For $255 a night it should be. They knocked on the door to leave the bill at 8 am when It could've been slipped under the door, sent to my email or wait until we checked out.

If anyone knocked on the room next to ours I thought it was my door they knocked on. Didn't get much sleep because of this. The vending machine had no credit card swipe. I asked for change and the front desk urged that I bill it to my room, huge mistake. Two sodas cost me $5:36, had I purchased them from the vending machine it would've been $4. Ordered room service and my pizza was cold, not warm but cold.

Overall I wouldn't comeback here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and up to date. The pool was clean and relaxing. We were staying there after a busy and physically draining weekend. We were very pleased that we got a chance to have a day of relaxation at this hotel. Thank you!

Friendly and professional staff. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are decently sized. Not too huge but decent for a one night stay. They have a pool, multiple restaurants, and shopping locations nearby. There are two restaurants in the hotel which are greatif you catch a groupon or a happy hour.

This location was recently (sometime after November 2016) renovated, and the post-renovation rooms are quite nice! They have two in-house restaurants and the lobby is oddly shaped but functional. The bathrooms are small and not well lit, but they were tastefully redone. I'd gladly stay here again!

Great costumer service by Kapi at the front desk. Breakfast was wonderful. Make sure to ask for a room that does not face the inner pool area if you want to get to bed early without the commotion of a hundred feisty children playing twenty different games of Marco poloall at the same time.

I went to this particular Marriott for a 6 hour seminar. Upon entering the lobby, one of the staff, Roberto, was more than helpful in giving directions to the meeting room. He went above and beyond my expectations to be courteous. Lobby, bathrooms, meeting room were immaculate and checked on every hour or so to ensure that they were as pristine as they were when I walked in.
