Close to a mall and lots of restaurants. Has a restaurant attached to the hotel which was good and convienent (better than most hotel food). All other items (room size, cleanliness, service) was average

Friendly service, but facilities were nothing to write home about. Walls are pretty thin- could hear most of what was happening in the hallway from inside our room.

I had my wedding block here the weekend on Nov 12, 2017. The main reason we booked this hotel was because they provided a free shuttle service to and from the wedding venue. While the service by the service staff in the hotel was fine and helpful, the evening of the wedding comes, and the shuttle is running people back. THEIR SHUTTLE LEFT TWELVE GUESTS AT THE VENUE with no shuttle to return after being told it would be coming back. They left my guests stranded. That included the Father of the Bride, Father and Mother of the Groom, the two best men and other guests from the bridal party.
The Groom and I paid for the after party at our hotel and half the guests either didn't come because by the time they got an uber it was too late, or they finally made it when it was close to over.
They compensated the father of the groom his stay because he screamed, one other guest half a night credit, and free breakfast. I'm sorry but that did not compensate my father for his loss of time with his daughter the day of her wedding, it did not compensate for the loss of the two groomsmen going home instead of spending time with us. We still had to pay for the bar and besides breakfast, my husband and I got no other compensation except and I'm sorry. Well I am sorry is just not good enough.

This hotel is been improving the building constantly. The area is great with several shops and supermarkets nearby. Staff is very helpful and friendly

Ahh, suburbia. Excellent customer service, helpful and friendly. Very restful. Breakfast was great in the restaurant. It got boring though, so after visiting colleges we went back to Manhattan a day early. Quick shuttle to the train station. Recommend this hotel.

I stayed for a week on business. My room was spacious enough, although I didn't have a microwave our mini fridge. The plumbing was a little old, but the staff was super courteousand helpful. Definitely would stay again.

Good access for train to Manhattan. Close to shops as Costco. Best Buy. Trader s Joe. Nordstrom rack. Off fifh Restaurants. ..nice service at the hotel.

I attend Church services at this hotel every Sunday from 11:30-2p. This is a good hotel. Very clean and start is extremely courteous.

When I checked in, I came to find that I was the guest of the day! I received 5,000 points and a complimentary breakfast in the restaurant the following morning. All the staff was very friendly and enthusiastic. My room was very nice and the king bed was comfortable (all that room!). This will be my primary pick for any stays I have again on Long Island.

Great place, would recommend. I had a minor issue with toilet not flushing when I arrived in our room, and the front desk sent maintenance very quickly. They got it fixed in less than 5 minutes!

The hotel is in a good location and the price was great. The rooms were clean, and very good for the price. The staff was fantastic. We had a minor issue and they worked to resolve it immediately.

The staff is really nice. We had an issue with our reservation because we had accidentally booked the wrong weekend. Reception helped us switch our reservation to this weekend and we're kind about it, taking the time to help us through the process. On top of that, The resturaunt is amazing. I've only been there for dinner and desert, but they are always amazing. The pool area is also beautiful, with a lovely garden and gazebo. To make it extra perfect, it's really close to my college, making it easy for my parents to come visit.

Thank you for opening your restaurant during this phenomenal winter storm! Not only is this a really great hotel in a convenient location with covered parking!!!! Also, the restaurant (Lillies-also in D.C.) Proprietor, Raymond Burton managed and served the restaurant Himself all day (when they are usually closed midday) and did a wonderful job! I can't give enough praise for this place. Thank you.
