If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
The rooms were okay the staff is excellent. We like our room cold and could not get it chilly enough so the room was very warm. It would be nice if you could direct the flow of air into the room instead of across the room by the back door. I don't know if this is the case for all the rooms but our room that Overlook the Riverwalk had this register that blew the air right across the room across the back patio door you might want to ask if your temperature sensitive when sleeping thereresponse / report this review -

Check in was quick and easy. Joshua checked us in and his customer service was excellent. Room was quite and comfortable. Great access to The Alamo and other historical sites. Riverwalk access. Wonderful restaurants and shopping close by. Hotel has a fully stocked snack and beverage section. There is also a Starbucks in the Hotel. I was there to run the San Antonio Marathon and was provided with complimentary late check out.

I have Platinum Elite status, I booked my stay and then called the hotel to inquire about the rooms with river-walk views. To my surprise the young lady that took my call had a very rude tone with me, she was just overall very hostile and it made me feel really uncomfortable as I was not expecting to have to be confrontational over the phone with any Marriott personnel. I had to call her back to give her my Rewards Number, and again she was rude and very inhospitable. This happened today 11/23/17 and my stay isn't until mid-December. I'm writing a poor review as my first impression of the place is a bad one. Quick tip to management, this young lady needs to be reprimanded or replaced because she is treating your potential guest horribly.

The location is great right on the Riverwalk next to great places to eat. The staff has been wonderful and very accommodating, the rooms are clean and would definitely stay here again on my next trip. Also the food downstairs is great and the bartender is very sweet.

Everything was wonderful and beautiful, especially on the lower level by the riverwalk. Only issues, the pool was extremely small, and the room we had was not that cold when put on 62. Still had a wonderful time

Nice hotel and great staff. We got a Riverwalk view but unfortunately across the way they are doing construction so the view is not very good. However, great view of the light show on the cathedral! Didn't care for the small pool.

As I drove up there was valet waiting to take my car and park it for $31. It's $15 for a daily visit. The entrance is nice and I like the style of the stairway. There is a waiting area with chairs that have electric plugs in them to charge your devices. I loved that! The room was nice but the staff was a lot nicer! I will be coming to visit again and this is where I will stay.

Repeat stay at one of my favorite places. Hotel is perfectly located near the San Antonio Riverwalk. Couldn't ask for a nicer hotel or nicer amenities. Room layout was perfect and supporting staff were available and helpful should a need arise. All-in-all, I'd give this location 5 stars over and over.

Wish I could give zero stars. Night manager has no clue. Rude guests making loud noise way past midnight. Rather than telling them to stop, she simply tells me to move to another room. Valet parking dented my rental car big time. Laundry room next to my room open all night long, very loud. I will never have my company put me in this hotel​ ever again! Stay away from this place!

We stayed here over a weekend for our mini honeymoon. All the workers up front were great, very friendly and professional. We got a nice room, with a balcony overlooking the city and part of the Riverwalk. The room was clean, if a bit damp in the carpet from humidity. There was a microwave and a mini fridge. The bathroom was clean and on the smaller side. The door was really the only problem, as the lock randomly refused to unlock and open at times. When it first happened we had a small moment of panic but of course when we had someone escort us back up to try again, it worked flawlessly. There was also a charge from them that I'm trying to figure out is for, since we paid up front in cash. I will update if possible. Overall good stay.

Wonderful location close to everything downtown. Nice comfy rooms. The view outside our window was currently under construction, but that didn't bother us too much. Overall it was an excellent place to stay!

The staff is amazing. Never had one moment of upset at this place. Got the experience package and was suppossed to get a scary story and got a kids book instead. Would have like the stories but that is my only issue.

Amazing service at this hotel. The front desk sent up a surprise piece of birthday cake and cookies for my daughter. Best hotel experience I've ever had. View from the balcony over the river was beautiful.
