This place has THE BEST breakfast EVER! The staff is extremely helpful with directions and suggestions. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Nice hotel. Construction in front of hotel. Housekeeping lacked attention to detail. Skipped room completely one day. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Rough towels. No robes. Good breakfast and evening reception. Loud elevator noise.

The Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet Is excellent. Overall it was a great experience staying at the hotel.

Other than the usual parking issues on check-in, which all Riverwalk hotels seem to have, the entire experience was fantastic. The valet was quick our room was great. Nice medium-soft beds.

Great location and reception/service is also great. The breakfast is mediocre with only standard items you find at Hilton buffet. As small a detail as it is, I miss having the pitcher of half and half during breakfast rather than the one serving packs in a bowl. Those packs just don't taste the same and are more of a nousance. Evening reception is nice with healthy and not so healthy options ranging from veggies to candy. Overall great time.

The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious with very comfortable beds and clean sheets. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and made our stay very nice. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and provided a large assortment of breakfast foods.

Very nice hotel. Convenient location, walking distance to restaurants on the Riverwalk, Alamo, Market Square, cathedral. Breakfast buffet is standard, but the made-to-order omelets are great! Evening reception is also nice open bar and snacks.

Accommodations are top notch here. Gorgeous rooms and wicked pretty furnishings. Staff is helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the river walk area. The construction is a pain, but not like Hilton can control city work. My only ding on the property is that they currently lack a restaurant on site (scheduled to open 7 Sep) and a bar (once the complimentary reception closes at 730). Excellent walking distance to city amenities, great value for the price. Stay here once the restaurant opens-you won't regret it.

Great place to stay and bring the family on vacation! Complimentary happy hour drinks and snacks from 5:30 to 7:30 plus a full hot breakfast with omelettes made to order included with your room! Really comfortable beds and large clean rooms. We will definitely be coming back!

Rooms are spacious. Our room had a mini kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and table. Water from tap taste very different maybe it's because we're from Kansas but we had to go buy water to drink because it didn't sit well with us. First night we stayed four out of the five of us woke up itchy. We didn't go to be itchy but sure did wake up that way. Wasn't itchy any other night after that but that was interesting. Room service was polite and quick but I think next time we'll find another hotel to stay at the next time we're in San Antonio.

Very disappointed! They have a good sales talk but customer relations suck. Had trouble with booking the block of rooms because they mislead me and were basically held me hostage for more rooms or contracted commitments. Last straw was when the valet, "Ein" decided to go back on his word (LIE). Had told us we could park a small grill/smoker for two night in the valet area. When we tried to park it on the second night, he said we didn't give them enough money the first night for a tip. They were tipped $30 and we were planning on giving more the first night. So after cooking for Veterans all day, we had to figure out where we could park the grill securely. Was not about money to us. We told them we'd pay whatever.
So I will have about 3 more events in San Antonio over the next 12 months and the Embassy Suites, San Antonio River walk will not be getting any of it.response / report this review -

Excellent hotel. Top notch service, very clean rooms, courteous Bell hop and valet associates. I used the HHonors app on my phone to check in and electronic key so I didn't​ have any dealings with the front desk, just arrived and went straight to my room and unlocked it with my phone. Breakfast was superb, both the cook to order (had omlete) and the buffet were delicious. This hotel is within walking distance of just about anything, Alamo, museums, concerts, bars, shopping, and hundreds of restaurants. When I come back to San Antonio, this is definitely the hotel I'm staying at again. Nothing could have been better with this stay. Excellent.

The room is very clean and comfortable. However, when checking in our two keys didn't work. When we took back to get them fixed, one still didn't work. Took three trips to get it all right. Valet is very friendly. Evening reception is loaded. Great snacks.

Great hotel! When I walked into the lobby I thought, 'Wow!' This hotel is very convenient and has great valet parking! The room was also spacious, comfortable, and has a great view. Only problems were that the shower was confusing and that the food they provide in the evening is not really for dinner, it is just snacks. Overall though, I recommend this hotel if you are staying in San Antonio
