We stayed as a late-night layover after 10 hours on the road. Finding the hotel and check-in were easy. Room appeared acceptable for the 15 minutes before collapsing. Then we realized it is across from the ice machine, elevator AND service closet. Extremely noisy all night, then louder when the cleaning staff arrived. Hotel may be fine but stay out of this room.

We weren't notified of breakfast times or check out times when we checked in. Also, we got a call from the front desk at 12:27 a.m., when we were both sleeping, because of a noise complaint. Totally unacceptable, and really disappointing because I'm a huge Marriott fan. The only saving grace is that the rooms were clean.

Very nice. Marriott's are usually very nice and this one is also. My room and bed were nice. The smoking area for my husband was right near our room as well as the pool. Very nice outdoor pool. Plenty of room for many guests to be there comfortably. Friendly staff.

The nicest people work here!! We feel like we are meeting friends each time we stay here. The rooms are clean. Food is good. My only complaint is I wish the carpets were at little cleaner.

Quick stop over on the drive from PA to Hilton Head Island, SC. The Courtyard is close to I-95 and rooms were up to "Marriott Standards". Quick and simple cafe for breakfast was nice.

I arrived at midnight with no idea where to stay as i was here for my nephews funeral and had not made any plans other than to get here for my sister in law and brother as soon as possible.

I was greeted happily and offered condolences.
The staff the next morning were very kind to me and accommodating.
I cannot thank Marcus, last night enough for his kindness. Thank you so much!

I stay here for business travel all the time. Very clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, etc. I met a new girl named Taylor at the front desk. I was impresssed with her efficiency and friendliness. I also like the food options for breakfast and of course the Starbucks coffee.

You can't go wrong at the Courtyard.

I stayed here at the end of March 2017 for my business travel. Overall the hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. What makes this stay a 5 star is the customer service provided by Kelly. She was very personable and made sure everything wonderful for your stay, even offering suggestions for dinner etc. Kelly was great and because of her if I come back to this area I will be back to this hotel.
