  Azalia Suite was AMAZING!! Awesome Jaccuzzi tub! Very neat and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! So much to choose from.

  Our stay at Holiday Inn though brief was delightful. The staff were very courteous and professional. The room was clean with extremely comfortable beds. There was a wide variety of breakfast options. Also, the hotel’s location was very convenient to the Fort Bragg Army bass. The atmosphere at Holoday Inn was warm and inviting. I would highly recommend a stay here when visiting the area!!

  Loved the suite, better directions for where the Jacuzzi tub switch is would be helpful. Over all great stay. Will definitely book again

  Really a great place. People were friendly and helpful.. Clean rooms.. Great coffee and breakfasts. Only down fall iz outside pool.. Looked very clean. We were there in October.. Too cold to swimi would give it a 10 rating.

  Can't believe this hotel is listed as only two stars. The place was super clean and nice. The staff was welcoming and friendly and the room was so nice, and the beds were comfy. I've stayed in three star places worse than this, for more money. The room was super nice and clean and the TV was really nice. The continental breakfast was great too. Overall really happy I chose this hotel. We had a great stay!

  Great place to stay. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are large and clean and pool is a perfect size for kids. Breakfast is a real, all you can eat breakfast. Worth the money. It's 10 minutes from FT Bragg and is near everything you need.

  During the middle of my shower the light in the bathroom went out. Called the front desk and they sent someone up to replace the bulb. 45 minutes later and 2 shattered bulbs (all over my makeup and bathroom supplies) they say it isn't the bulb and the problem can't be fixed tonight. They agree to get us in a new room at 11pm.. No apology. No upgrade. No extra points on our rewards card. They don't offer to bring us a luggage cart. They say we have 30 minutes to be packed up and in our new room. 😡 This place doesn't have a grill or hot tub. It's unfortunately on the outskirts of a rough part of town yet there are no safes in the rooms or cameras in the parking lot. The carpets obviously need to be washed and the vents do not work in the bathrooms. Not impressed.

  This is a good hotel. Definitely starting to show its age. Close proximity to fort Bragg makes it convenient for IHG members.

  A unique Holiday Inn Express property that meets and exceeds all the standards of the brand, while also introducing a unique sense of class that you don't often see in these properties.
  
  The rooms were clean, fresh, and simply pleasant to be in. The customer service was great as well, with many little surprises in the room to make me feel valued.
  
  A extremely pleasant stay.

  Starting with Alyssa, the staff here has been amazing and very sympathetic. Our stay was everything you'd expect of high-quality customer service from a high-quality establishment. I'd not only recommend this place but I plan on staying again.
