I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Mostly because of the staff. The staff here truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great. The property itself was well-kept and clean. The breakfast was simple, but free, hot and fresh! I will definitely stay here the next time I come to town.

This review should be taken in context. This is a nice place for an extended stay, but not that great for short stays, and the new design of the rooms is much nicer compared to older TownePlace properties. The only negative I really found with the rooms was the closet being in the WC. The breakfast can be skipped.

Clean room, helpful staff, plenty of parking, good location, nice amenities, free breakfast was nice, small fitness room, pool looked clean and upkept, bathroom had an unnecessary door, small tub, but good water pressure.

Great Marriott hotel. Way better than their Courtyard brand. Very nice, updated, full suite rooms. Will definitely stay again when in town. Update - staying here again, one year later! Hotel has been updated since last stay and it's even better! The staff is still excellent and very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again when passing through.

We were originally at another hotel, just a few miles away. We walked in, and immediated requested a refund. So, it was pleasing to walk into a room that looked and felt like a hundred dollars. Very clean. Very professional staff. Great value.

I had a couple of issues with my stay but it was primarily corrected. My problems were accommodated and my communication to the hotel was acknowledged! The rooms are very nice and spacious and the manager is really nice!

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, great first impression of hotel. If nothing else had gone right with hotel this lady ensured I would have left with a good impression. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Breakfast was free food was beyond good and great value for money. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay. I stayed for 6 nights.

There hotel overall was great. The only problem I had was keeping the room at a steady temperature. It would get really warm them get cold. It just seemed like the thermostat was out of calibration. The hotel was very busy but still really quiet. Everything worked as it was supposed to and the water pressure was great. I would recommend this hotel when traveling to this area.

Very nice hotel with everything you need. It's in a convenient part of Fayetteville right next to a Cracker Barrel. The tv was a tad small but the room has a half kitchen and was clean. There is a large parking lot next door that you could use for bigger vehicles. I would stay here again.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The room was so nice - a kitchen, lots of closet space, clean bathroom, and very comfortable beds. The front desk staff was so kind and accommodating. Breakfast the next morning was great - fried eggs, sausage, English muffins, three different kinds of cereal, yogurt, and so many other options! The kitchen staff was so nice and friendly. Would definitely visit this hotel again!!
