I would give it a 5 but theyclose the pool at 9. Which is weird because it is no where near a room!

Staff was super friendly. Rooms were nicely designed and clean. Best part was that pets are allowed with no pet fee. 4 star rating because beds weren't comfortable and there was a lot of outside road noise that could be heard inside the room.

Used this hotel for a business meeting and training location. Coffee, water, soda, fruit, and cookies were made available to guests for a fee. Nothing special, but no major issues. HVAC was really loud during our program.

Location was great for getting around. Lots of food nearby. Pool was great, warm and clean. Would stay again.

I stayed in Hampton Inn before but to one was extremely well kept clean and Friendly. So much I forgot that that didn't have my reservations and quickly fixed the issue instead of asking a thousand questions about who I spoke and where is my confirmation number. I also received a text message thanking me for choosing their hotel and a gave me a quick overview on stores and Restaurants in the area. I don't k ow if o will be back in part of town but if o do I will stay here again.

Solid hotel, clean, quiet. Fitness room disappointing, single treadmill, don't plan on a run runners. Breakfast is at best ok.

We had a very late check in that involved computer problems during payment. The lady at the desk was able to quickly help us and get us to our room. We enjoyed a great breakfast and the Whirlpool hot tub in the room. The bed was soft and the room clean

We stayed here for 5 nights with 12 girls and there families for the North Carolina All Star softball Tournament. The staff was fantastic and the hotel was so clean. Highly recommended this hotel!!

Very clean inn and room. Arrived at 3 am and front desk person very helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good. An excellent experience!

Great price and clean facility. The main road entrance is a pain to turn left out of. Showers don't have enough pressure for me. Breakfast was the typical cheap microwave eggs. Overall great, I would stay again.

Had a really nice stay here! The staff was very friendly at check in. We arrived slightly after 3:00 PM, but our room was not ready yet, so we had to wait about 5 mins which was not a problem. The room was very clean and comfortable. We got a suite with the jacuzzi tub and it was very enjoyable. The breakfast was decent, your typical complimentary items. (Eggor egg substitute, a meat, muffins, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, fruit, juice, coffee, milk.) During the week we enjoyed the managers reception aka complimentary dinner. (The day we went included Little Ceasars pizza, some wraps from a local sandwich shop, salad, and beer and wine.) Felt very safe with the location of the hotel.
I only gave 4 stars because of the following small issuesThe walls are not sound proof. We had some pretty loud guys in the room beside ours. Could hear their television and them talking and laughing pretty late into the night. Also, the pool was being worked on when we tried to go swimming and this was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the indoor pool. So that was a bummer.
