As an evacuee from hurricane Irma, I had to pay full price for my room stay which is fine. The room smelled of wet dog, the carpet smelled of dog pee. This hotel allowed animals but I do not believe they have different rooms that animals are allowed in and rooms there not allowed in. The staff was great which was a help in a very stressful situation.

Front desk ladies were great! They had my reservation and had a great attitude. Good first impression. Room was a little outdated, and had some dust, but nothing too bad. I was disappointed that I had to request more coffee, when it was obvious I was using the coffee maker in the room! Also very frustrated during check out day. It's before 9 now, and housekeeping has already attempted to enter the room twicewithout knocking. The breakfast was very good - sausage and eggs, biscuits and gravy, yes indeed. Why are the coffee cups so small, though? It just has me visualizing a board meeting where one guy stands up and says, "and I've got ANOTHER way we can save some more money!"

Friendly staff. Check in was quick. Good location. Pet and family friendly. Thin walls. I felt bad because both my girls (10m and 2yr )were loud and fussy after almost 2 days driving they didn't want to be in a small room at night.

I visited my daughter an her family who are staying here during a move. I have to say the people I interacted with, from the front desk to the cleaning staff were all friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and comfortable. I'd be happy to stay there and would highly recommend it.

Nice place. Had booked King size suites. Came earlier than 3PM and had my family and our 5 months baby with us, they adjusted and let us check in earlier around 130pm.Rooms are OK for the price. Shopping mall is just walking distance. Lots of stores around to do shopping if any one is interested.

This place is absolutely perfect for a few nights stay in Fayetteville. The breakfast was hot and fresh and pretty good considering the price. The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. The housekeeping staff is thorough- all the rooms were spotless as far as I could see. I will definitely stay here again if I ever need a hotel again.

Rooms were clean and well kept. The fitness center has more than you would think and the breakfast is pretty good. The pool was still closed in June.

Clean room, great breakfast. Only things my girlfriend and I didn't like was that there are no cameras and the initial impression walking in the door was a woman complaining about another guest. Another thing that freaked my girlfriend out is that no sooner did I leave our room at 11 pmdid someone randomly knock on the door. I told her not to open the door for anyone, so that made this event more nerve-racking. Seemed pretty sketchy but turned out rather well. Good place for a military discount as well.
