Facility was easily accessible and located near all the restaurants you could imagine. Staff was friendly and room was cozy and comfortable.

My family and I are staying at Marriott Courtyard Legacy due to a soccer tournament. I typically prefer to stay at a Marriott brand, but this one has not lived up to my expectation and I doubt if Corporate would be pleased with this local owner's facility. The front desk attendant was pleasant, professional and courteous. However, my room was filthy. The beds were unmade, sink had stains and hair all over the place. Unfortunately, no more rooms with double beds available. So now we are cramped into a room with a king bed and pull out couch. Not impressed.

Pros: Awesome, friendly staff, willing to help you. If I can give the staff 5 stars, I would. The bed is ultra soft. Cons: I kinda wish we had more food choices here, and free breakfast in the morning

Customer service is great from front desk, to maintenance and housekeeping. I had a couple of issues with the room but nothing major. The remote did not work properly as you were not able to change the channel. I got it changed by maintenance in a quick and professional manner. The TV volume would just go with p by one which you have to press every time to get the volume up. For example you had to press 5 times if you wanted to go from 15 to 20 but with a second delay, which it was annoying. Aside from that, everything was great and everyone was friendly and attentive to anything I needed. I would stay again in the hotel again as everyone was friendly.

This property is fantastic. On site free parking, easy access to the Dallas North Parkway and a helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were exceptionally clean and quiet. I cannot say the same for the Marriott at Legacy park, the Legacy Park location was noisy and didn't offer any free parking. On my next trip I will choose the Courtyard again! A+

Love my stay here with my family. Everyone who holds a job there was so unbelievable nice. I mean every staff member. Mrs Caroline who check me in was awesome. She even pray with us for my family and I to have a safe trip back home. Even when other was not nice to her, she only gave kindness back. This hotel and staff is the top place I have stayed. Thanks everyone for an awesome stay!

Nice, clean environment. Professional and courteous staff. Convenient to Shops of Legacy, Dallas Tollway and 121 (Sam Rayburn Tollway). Only have it 4 stars b/c it can use a few renovations/updates to rooms.

The manager, Brook, checked us in and introduced us to the front desk staff right off the bat. Very professional! The hotel was clean and will maintained, great service throughout. Very close to great shops and dining options. I was very pleased with my choice to stay here.
