This Hotel Is Okay But It's On A Predominantly Black Part Of Town If You Have No Problems With That It's Pretty Fine

This place sucks a big hairy ass.. fast they over changed and when i got my money back after being on the phone all morning.. they made me leave. So i would recommend anyone going here..

First off let me start off by saying we drove 9 HOURS from New York to charlotte, we got here at around 8:45am,And from the moment we stepped into this place everyone was helpful and sweet.ESPECIALLY THE HOUSEKEEPING LADY from the first floor. ❤ (she is such a sweetheart) As for the rooms smelling like other people like some of these comment as below state, Not true at all. Perhaps the people in the smoking rooms had that problem. Rooms were clean.Btw there is a gas station across the motel and they sell some amazing chicken and fries with biscuits. I was more than pleased with this place.

Starting a new job in Charlotte and drove in from out of state. Rented a room here based on price without knowing the area or the hotel. BIG mistake. Stayed one night and attempted to leave based on finding a dead bug in bed (not sure if I missed it when I got to room or got there after I went to sleep. Let myself be talked into a second "better" room that looked good with quick review. Had a live (small) roach crawl on desk while doing morning devotionals. Then had to wash my feet before I could put on my socks to head to gym. Also appearance of some "residents" coupled with those who appear to are either homeless and/or other needs might raise some self (or family) security concern.
It is never a good thing when a customer will pack their car up in pouring rain in an effort to leave as quickly as possible but that is exactly what I did. Exterior not in very good shape. Would not recommend stay for anyone with too many other options in the immediate area ( even if you have to go down to other nearby exits off I-85 )response / report this review -

Don't ever stay here! Bathroom is scary, floors are worse. Staff is uninterested in helping. People in the room next door are having a party and have been yelling for over an hour, front desk said they would take care of it, hung up and now won't answer the phone. So much for their no noise policy and 24 hr front desk. Worst experience ever!

Very convenient to airport and also has gas station right next door that has hot food. Rooms are nice and pricing are good.

If I could give it a lower rating, I would. The furniture is worn and dirty. Bathroom door swollen and won't close. No amenities. No hairdryer, no complimentary breakfast. So many cars in and out of the driveway, they might be doing illegal trade here. Felt a bit unsafe.

Dirty rooms, roaches crawling everywhere, I had to keep my clothes in my car because of the roaches. This place is for slobs.

Reading the reviews before I booked the room had me a little uncertain. However upon arrival, I must say that this property overall exceeded my expectations. There is no bedbugs, the rooms, well at least RM: 134 didn't smell, nor was bad at all I didn't witness any drug users and/dealers, and/or prostitution. I was able to sleep all night and comfortable Only problem I did had was that the microwave was kinda of dirty, and they didn't even wanted to give me a plate and a fork But overall, this is a great value for the price

It is within a few miles of Charlotte Douglas Airport also the size of the room is decent and you get free Wi-Fi and cable Plus a fair price
