I went to Atlanta to see a drag show to scout talent for an event. We stayed at the laquinta and were not told it was under construction. No disturbances in the night. But the lobby was in a room. It was met. Staff was great.

Drug spot. Bed bugs. Racism. Couple of murders. Sloppy display. Not worth the money. Female concierge had either sperm or cocaine on her nose, she admitted she was sleeping with the old men who came there and that she "was paid" male concierge forcefully grabbed me to throw me out because he didn't find my name under reservations, made me spill my complimentary coffee.

I visited Atlanta with my fiance to go tour the Emory law school. Of all the places I called in the area trying to get a room, this was the ONLY place where the person on the phone was at all friendly or remotely interested in helping. I will pick them again if I ever need a room in the area based just on the fact that they were the only one who put any effort into their customer service. They're renovating, so it's not exactly beautiful on the outside, but they're clearly doing their best to keep it as convenient as possible for guests. We were already expecting a late arrival and hit some horrible traffic on our way down, so we didn't arrive until after 3 am. A lot of places give you trouble over that kind of thing or even cancel your reservation without telling you, but they were very accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Our room was clean, bed was comfortable. The hotel was going through remodeling. In spite of that they managed to serve a limited breakfast. I would use this hotel again.

The water would not get warm even after a while, the beds we're hard as hell and the pillows we're like playdough (way too soft) you hit the pillow and you hit the bed through the pillow. The parking lot was awful dirty sprained my ankle stepping down from the high curbs next to handicap and the soap smelled nasty

The hotel is being renovated so there currently isn't a front lobby. Plenty of parking spots, but difficult to find a place to park my small truck and trailer. Room is newly renovated and it's on point. After the dust settles, it will be a sweet little place.

Friendly helpful, staff.
Great continental breakfast (plus waffles, YUM!!)
Convenient with easy on and off Route 85 to downtown Atlanta in under 30 minutes!
Fitness center was open 24/7. It's small, but the equipment is clean and functional. (Bring your a water bottle, and towel from your room)

Awesome hotel and pet friendly!! I stay here every time I come to Atlanta. No pet fee and even big dogs are allowed. They just underwent a massive renovation and are putting the final touches on. Looks great! Staff is very friendly as well. I would highly recommend.

They were doing some maintenance when we visited, so the pipes let out some dirty-looking water at first and then ran clean. I've been there before without any problems, so I'm sure it was just the maintenance. Our room was clean (no smoke or pet smells) and comfortable and the curtains were blackout so we could sleep as late as we desired.

It's ok. I wish LQ would build a better hotel. This one is priced right for the area and its been rehabbed but new paint can only do so much It lacks a decent gym no pool etc. If you are a LQ member this is the Aztec temple generation. Tear it down or sell it off and build a better model please. It's clean but I will say the price is maybe a little high actually for what you get.

Very nice and convenient to the VA Hospital. Clean and very polite employees. We have stayed here twice and have been very pleased. I'm sure we will be coming back.
