Service was overall nice. The front desk was very nice checking in and out. The room was big and not cramped at all. The beds we're decent, but the only problem I had was the traffic from the highway. I could hear the highway all throughout the night which wasn't pleasant.

Staff was great! We had a wedding reception there and it was wonderful. They provided lanterns as the table center pieces. They provided a large dance area as well. General scenery was wonderful.

Very nice and clean hotel. I was especially impressed by how friendly the staff was. I wish breakfast had been included, but I really have nothing negative to say. There was a delightful free coffee/tea bar by the elevator that as wonderful to pass to begin or end the day.

Very clean and nice staff. The best thing? The shower head. It has like 6 different settings from relaxing rain to a massage one. It's the small things that matter.

Very clean, well staffed. Enjoyed their outdoor seating for drinks. Made-to-order breakfast items were much appreciated. Their location is very convenient, but highway noise is noticeable, but not bad.

Clean room and property. Staff was very friendly and advised on all the local venues. We were a family of 5 and stayed only one night -- but certainly enjoyed our short visit. It was a better Garden Inn than most -- thank you!!

Beautiful place to stay! Clean rooms excellent service. The entire staff was friendly and helpful They all made me feel as if they were there just for me! The food is amazing and room service is fast and friendly. We enjoyed the clean pool as well as the hot tub. I would stay here again!!!

This place is awesome, its in a great location, close to stores for shopping, restaurants, and close to the highway for easy access to Charlotte North Carolina. I'm a program manager for a business seminar, the staff has been very nice and accommodating. The breakfast spread was great, fruit fresh and the whole place looks so bright,clean and welcoming.🛄🛄🛄🏨👍👍👍

Very beautiful layout and instant ammenaties ( lobby with refreshing beverages/smoking oasis/etc) plus legit walking distance from movie theater, shopping and additional restraunts

Used there conference room for a work-related training event. Room was great, staff kept us filled with snacks and drinks. Some employees stayed there the previous night and said the rooms were great.

As a Hilton Diamond, I've spend > 90 days a year in hotels. This is the best Garden Inn that I've stayed in. The rooms are par for the course with the franchise, but the staff is exceptional. Truly friendly staff and the open air bar makes it a great place to rest in the evening. Kudos to running a smooth ship.
