Compassionate Care is a pet owners dream. In over 40+ years of pet ownership, this is the absolute BEST. The care they have provided my critters has been wonderful. When the tough times have occurred, their caring and concern for my pet and for me has been so comforting.
The facility is wonderful. Everything is state of the art.
The staff is the best.
Dr. Endres is beyond the top in his field.
I have several vet practices 10 to 15 minutes from my home, and I drive half an hour to Compassionate Care.

I switched from Manlius Veterinary Hospital to Compassionate Care. I could not be more happy with the decision! ( I also left a review for Manlius Vet Hospital if you are interested why I switched.) Dr. Enders and his staff are phenomenal! My puppy loves going to the vet! I also love that I can get a hold of Dr. Enders anytime- day or night. He is also very detailed, and very good at diagnosing problems. I love the amount of time that he spends with me at each visit, he takes the time to educate me, and I don't feel like he charges me for unnecessary things. If you are looking for a top-notch care for your animals look no further. You cannot get better than Compassionate Care Veterinary Hospital!

Changed to Compassionate because dog required dental surgery. The devoted and wonderful care my dog received and the good results of the dental surgery resulted in our staying with Compassionate. The office is wonderful to deal with and very attentive to my dog's needs. Medical care is great and staff is so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend Compassionate Care because this is exactly what your pet will receive.Dr Endries takes as much time as necessary to explain all issues related to treatment and care.

We have been seeing Dr. Enders and his staff for over 4 years now. We have had 2 cats, 2 dogs and 1 gerbil under their care. With aging pets they have a large range of medical concerns both acute and chronic. Dr. Enders and his staff are like family to us. They are accomodating, flexible, caring, knowledgeable, and competent. We are confiendent in their skills and in knowing that our pets receive the excellent medical care. With every visit our pets are greeted with loving arms reciprocated by wagging tails. One of our elderly cats passed away about 2 years ago from a chronic medical condition. It was the first experience I have had with a pet passing. I felt completely supported by Dr. Enders and his staff and as always they went above and beyond to comfort us. I would highly recommend them to anyone with pets.
