Scammed me for brake pads on a vehicle inspection. Wouldn't let me out of there with a sticker unless I agreed to let them replace front brakes (which I had just done myself 3 months prior so I know it didn't need them).
Removed all 4 wheels to purposely find something wrong and then spent 45 minutes searching to find something wrong.
Way overcharged for parts. $99 for front brake pads is way too much. then labor on top of that.
I wouldn't return to this place, even for a valve stem cap.

Brought my truck in 3/18/17 for the pipe going into my muffler put back in and was told my whole exhaust was shot. So 20 min in my driveway with basic hand tools i did the job myself. I then returned with my quite truck wanted a explication i why i was lied to. Last time i do business there

Michelin sent me to this location for a road hazard inspection. The staff instantly informed me the tire was no good and that they could have an exact match mounted by the next morning. Called at noon next day and they said they had the tire and they would call me when it was installed. Never received a call so I called them again at 4:00 pm and it had still not been mounted and they were waiting on information from me to complete the road hazard claim. Immediately went there and they did not install the tire until I arrived and took approximately 40mins to complete the paperwork. Standard mount and balance is $19.99 but I was charged 75% more at $34.99 even though I just brought them the wheel. Their mounting machine also left scratches on my new rim. Lesson learned.

STAY AWAY!!!! I had come in for a simple rear brake job.. Rotors and pads.. My car did not have one issue before i came here. They sent me on my way a few hours later. Not long after, my rear end was rattling like mad! I brought it back. The techs said to come back in on Tuesday which i did. On Tuesday, they tried to turn me away again, but i told them to get it done and done right! After taking apart the calipers and filling them up with a ton of grease they said i would be 100% good to go. They NEVER fixed the issue. The manager even gave me a 60 dollar oil change credit. Why the hell would I ever come back here and have them touch my investment?! Don't try to save money and come here. Go to a proper garage. Now i have to pay for my dealership to fix the problems these assholes created. Thanks Mavis.

The people at Mavis Tire are REALLY there to help you! I felt that INSTANTLY as I walked in- not at all feeling, esp as a woman, that i would be taken advantage of by being told I need more work done on my car than REALLY needs to be done. which we all know is common in the auto repair business with woman! They are very reasonably priced, and the most sincere, friendliest people in the auto repair business that I have EVER dealt with! I would recommend this particular Mavis to anyone who wants experienced, kind, honest mechanics working on their car & super friendly and respectable counter people! Kudos Mavis! Keep up the great work!
