Great hotel. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast is fresh and the items are kept stocked. Highly recommend.

Kind staff, rooms very clean, great hotel. Breakfast was kinda meh but at least it's included. Also free WiFi worked well enough to stream a movie without constant buffering

Loved it. Neat, very clean, newer property. Beds comfortable. Rooms roomy with small fridge and microwave. Front desk staff professional and nice, housekeeping same. Morning breakfast very good. Highly recommend. We will be returning next year.

Friendly staff, great room, and clean! I read a review that the upstairs hallway floors were soft in some spots, and it's true, but it wasn't like that in the room. Would definitely stay again!

Do NOT stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites on Chris Perry Lane in Columbus, Ohio. When my family (including three children) arrived late on a Friday night three of us smelled something strange in the hallway on the first floor. After returning the cart to the lobby, on the way back to our room, my husband witnessed a man rolling a chair from one room to the room across from him saying, "I can smell that s*** from out here!" My husband called the front desk that night to tell them about the pot smell and the noise (which they should have smelled and heard from the lobby). They claimed they were trying to do something about it. Instead, it went on all night. How about kicking them out or getting the police involved?
Since we were in town visiting family we stayed there for three more nights. We did not get a peaceful night's sleep the entire time. We decided to leave a day early because we just could not take it any more.response / report this review -

Not too far from a variety of restaurants. front desk staff was very friendly at check in. Night staff is more interested in browsing facebook than helping with problems. Great coffee there loved the caramel coffee creamer. Coffee tasted clean. Presidential suite is pretty basic. I was expecting a little more. Have a little liquor store on site if need it.

Great service. Very helpful. I was able to check in early. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It was on the strip, which provided me with easy access to the area. Plenty of restaurants delivered to the hotel, which I had to pick up in the lobby.

Great location, close to OSU. I was here for my brother's graduation and had a great stay. The rooms are exceptionally clean, rather spacious, and quiet enough to get a great night's rest. The Continental breakfast could have had included better items (bagels were old and the hot items weren't replenished quickly) and I was upset that the coffee cups and lids placed for the public to use weren't the right matching size, so as I went to take that first sip, I was scalded and my clothes were stained. But overall, great stay.

Absolutely wonderful, the lady at the front desk was so sweet and kind (Elaine) a great first face to see and speak with when you walk into hotel! A great experience at this hire and would highly recommend it. Keep up the great work ! The rooms are clean and the workers are extremely nice!!!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very nice and clean. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and quiet place to stay. I'm very happy with our stay. We are planning to just get away for couple days for pleasure and now I know where we will be going. An emergency brought us there this time; but we loved it so much, we will be returning. Just want to say thank you to the staff. Keep up the great work and being so kind and helpful.

The room was spacious, clean, and quite. The king size bed had ample sheets and pillows. The bathroom was clean and large as well. Also, the breakfast setup was phenomenal and the staff was friendly. This was a great stay.
