Stayed there last Friday nightSUPER NICE HOTEL! Very modern..great Beds. Nice Pool. The Hotel staff were so nice and helpful! Would definitely stay there again!!

Standard Hampton. Good breakfast buffet with decent amount of seating. Exhaust fan in bathroom not working. Fridge but no microwaves in rooms.

Although we only spent one night, we enjoyed it greatly. The staff were friendly and quick to get us into our room. The rooms themselves were one of the better rooms I've been in. Haven't sleep that good in a while. Next time I need a room, if given a choice, I'd happily go with Hampton Inn again.

One of a few places that allowed 18+ olds to rent a room at there hotel. The hotel was in a nice location as well as the amenities we're very nice and updated. The staff was extremely kind. I would recommend to anyone. I honestly can not wait till I have another trip in the area so I can spend another night.

I don't know if it was this specific Hampton Inn or if all of them are like this, but this was better than any hotel I've been to, and I travel a ton for work. something about the space and decoration of the room is perfect. It's also literally right next to Olive Garden which was nice. The continental breakfast was standard for a hotel but the staff is especially kind.

I will never stay here again. And that's unfortunate because we have stayed here a few times and have had out of town family stay here. The hot tub was broke and no one told us that, had to find out after we waited over an hour with 6 little girls to get into our room that we already had a confirmation for. The girl at the desk, Caitlyn was very rude and not helpful or did not get out of her seat to try to fix our problems. There was no manager on duty despite a sign hanging that said "manager on duty". One thing after another. Would not recommend to anyone.

Me and my boyfriend came down to hocking hills for a vacation and after finding cockroaches and old food left on the grill and in the oven at our cabin we reserved called Gil's Getaway we ran out of there and booked a stay at this hotel. It was clean and nice. Friendly staff. Just wanted a clean place to lay our heads and it worked out. A bit expensive but overall happy.

The staff was so nice. There was a leak outside our original room, so we couldn't use it and stayed in the one next door. I slept on a roll out bed, which was fine. The hot tub wasn't working either, but overall it was a good experience.

Hotel was under renovation. No public rest rooms and the pool was closed. My room was never serviced by housekeeping. Bed not made, garbage not emptied, coffee and supplies not replenished. The plumbing kept backing up in the sink to the point of sewage overflowing on the floor. This happened even when I was not using the sink. It was pretty disgusting. Staff just ignored complaints.

Great location near a lot of stores and shops. Quiet stay with excellent service. Room and bathroom were updated and very clean. Continental breakfast was provided. Parking is a slight issue due to renovations, but overall a good place to stay.
