Beautiful rooms, spacious and clean. Free drinks from 5:30-7:30, free breakfast, free shuttle. Worth every penny. Beautiful pool and hot tub.

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. Our reservation was lost, and even though I had a confirmation email showing that the room was booked two months earlier at a certain rate, Embassy Suites refused to honor it. They told us we would have to call the booking agent ourselves to sort it out, and then they sat there offering no assistance as we sat on the phone for an hour with three tired, hungry children while the booking agent repeatedly tried to send proof of the reservation. The fax was sent four times with the hotel telling us nothing, but ignoring the faxes because a fax was the "wrong procedure." Ultimately, the hotel wanted the booking agent to make a new reservation, but the booking agent couldn't do that because the Embassy Suites system was saying there was no availability. Embassy Suites told us there were rooms available if we wanted to book directly with the hotel, but only if we were willing to spend an extra $80. Needless to say, we left, and we will not be staying at another Embassy Suites for the forseeable future. In my view, this is extremely poor customer service and I would give zero stars if the app would let me.

I attended a conference at the Embassy. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The presentations were easily viewed and heard. The lunch provided was excellent. The first day was salad, lasagna and soup, and the second day was sandwiches, pasta salad, and soup. Both days were delicious! The hotel also offers a free happy hour in the evening for hotel guests, which was a great opportunity to mingle after the conference.

Have stayed here multiple times while in Columbus. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The indoor pool and fitness center are great for a hotel. The elevators were quick every time I used them. The daily manager's reception and breakfast are always great at this location. Access to the airport and 670 are excellent. It is close to the airport but I never had an issue with any plane noise including rooms with a clear view of the airport across the highway.

Surprisingly , it was really quite in the room. I figured with the airport being so close that you would hear air travel. The quality of bedding, flooring and bathrooms were great. Highly recommend.

Plenty of trouble with the fridge/microwave situation, one that never got resolved during my stay despite my request. Front desk staff could've been more courteous as well. Staff elsewhere were great, though, especially in the breakfast and restaurant areas, and if has one of the nicer fitness areas I've used at any Hilton property. Maybe Labor Day weekend have them unanticipated trouble, but I'm not likely to return here.

My stay was enjoyable; however, I left 2 items in the room after checking out. I didn't realize until I returned home. Called immediately and had to leave a message. Have called every day since and most recently asked for the manager. Had to leave message and received no returned call. Poor customer service! I may not return for future visits as a result.

Mr. Sharpe, a manager, gave outstanding service. My daughter thought she lost her expensive watch in the room and he sorted through the garbage. The maid was also so sweet in trying to find the watch.
My daughter eventually found the watch in her bag. Breakfast was excellent and the help went above and beyond. The security guard keeps a close eye on the pool and exercise room. Reception was enjoyable too. Room was so clean!response / report this review -

Rooms were very comfy but was very confused as to why there was a microwave with nothing to use it for. The TV had every show that was needed and was very good in quality. The furniture was very comfortable and clean and I will remember this when looking for hotels to go to.

Was here for a professional conference. The hotel was clean and quiet. The conference rooms were set up and all technology worked without issues. I also had 3 meals provided and all were very good!

Big, nice, clean rooms, but not quiet.
The hotel is clean, big and the rooms are very nice. They offer free happy hour drinks and free breakfast.
It is hit or miss here. During the week, it was quiet and quaint. On the weekend, it was simply chaos. On the floor I was staying, it was noisy from one end of the hall to the other. Kids were running through the hotel knocking on doors and running away. The hotel was not equipped to handle and control it. The walls are thin and conversations in one room are easily heard in the next.response / report this review -

Rooms were very nice. Being a suite was nice and spacious. Breakfast that was included with stay was very good. It had a large selection and food was prepared with quality in mind. Physical location of the hotel was convenient with easy highway access.

Great location. Comfortable rooms. Very busy hotel. Pool way to noisy BUT they offer adult hours which is great. Breakfast was awesome. Came for a long overdue mother daughter weekend and had a great time
