Comfortable stay and really comfortable bed. Lots of amenities that are convenient for use. Good food and friendly staff. Only downside is thin walls so other guests can be heard easily.

Beautiful maintained historic building. Had meeting in the Park Room. Clean, ready on time, and easy to find. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.

The hotel overall is a gorgeous hotel. We had issues with the self park as we were not allowed in/out even though we paid the $28. The hotel corrected this by switching us to valet. The light switch just inside our room door did not control anything I had to stretch up above my head to flip the light on/off. The bed was extremely comfortable zero complaints there. The worst part of our trip was at departure, the valet LOST OUR CAR!! We were told initially that it would be a 10 minute wait, finally they located our car after 30 minutes! Next time I'm in Columbus I may look elsewhere.

Beautiful building. Amazing Staff!! If you are in love with great architecture, you must stay here. I was there for a convention. They treated us great! I was upgraded to a large suite which was nice. The room service was pretty freaking good. The only reason for the 4 star is the bathroom did not have a fan (I hate when it fogs up) and the tub was not draining and I had a hard time puling the knob to turn on the shower.

The Westin Columbus was lovely! In addition to being a very pretty hotel the room was relaxing and the pillows were supportive. Most importantly the staff were very pleasant and took great care of us.

beautiful Great Southern theatre. Parking is available across the street in the Columbus Commons garage pricing is reasonable. Hotel does valet to the same garage.response / report this review -

The Westin is an interesting hotel. It's an old hotel that's been renovated to be upscale modern. The biggest issue is the lack of free parking, huge annoyance for me. No continental breakfast for the price was another issue. The room, although furnished with new furniture had on old building smell to it. The coffee packets provided in the room didn't even match the coffee machine they were provided for. On the plus side, the bathroom and shower were fantastic and the TV was new and sharp. In short, three hotel was nice but not convenient.

I read some of the other reviews and was a little concerned. While this is an older hotel it was very comfortable. I really enjoyed the rainfall shower. All in all it was a great stay and I would come back again

Beds were EXTREMELY comfy! Front desk and valet staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit small and no closet. Has a nice, small workout room in the basement and a bar on the street level, and that's it. Love the building, but seems like a lot of unused space there that could be used for larger rooms, or maybe a pool area or something to better entertain guest. In nice location and blocks away from great dining

An older hotel, that has been remodelled. It looks pretty nice, but the rooms are definitely dated. The rooms are not well isolated from the other rooms, and they are pretry small and cramped feeling. I was able to hear everything going on from the room next to me. Room service was on time and pretty good food. And the staff was very nice and helpful, and made the experience painless. Valet also made arrival and departure so much easier.

The site I booked through said onsite parking but did not say you had to pay for parking. $26 for overnight parking and it doesn't even guarantee you a spot. The $16 breakfast buffet was disgusting and extremely under cooked. The powdered scrambled eggs left skid marks on my plate when I scraped them back off . The only good part about this hotel is that some of the staff are really nice. So not worth $350 a night though. Wont be staying here ever again.

My company had a quarterly meeting here that was well catered with pasta, deserts and drinks. The location was nice and well kept. The tables were well decorated and the staff did an excellent job. I was very happy with the service.

Tiny. That's the first word that comes to mind when I describe the size of the room. Despite that MAJOR flaw, the room was clean and everything was in good working order. The Westin provides ample soft clean towels and even a bath robe. NO DESK WAS IN MY ROOM, so I had to work from the bed. The in-room safe was locked, so I was unable to use it without first calling hotel security to come unlock it for me - so I did without. When decided whether to rent here, also keep in mind that this is a historic hotel, in a amazing location, and the staff is amazing here. Let me say again: The staff is amazing and is definitely the jewel of the Westin Columbus experience.

I love this hotel. I just don't love the location. Not much to see that's great in the surrounding neighborhood but I've stayed and will continue to stay here because I love the fitness the center and the walking distance to the German village area. They could re-vamp the breakfast buffet menu and I'd give them one more star. Amazing service and staff. The rooms are lovely - hardwood floors and a rug which makes it feel more like home. From a design aesthetic this hotel is top notch in using the old bank as its muse.
