I WILL NEVER BUY IN ANY MACY'S FURNITURE STORE AGAIN! IT'S A TOTAL SCAM!

My wife and I bought a table and a drawer. They make you pay for each piece's delivery separately in this case 4 chairs, a table, and a drawer (any other store is a flat rate of $99 for everything). They told us they didn't had the drawer in stock so I would have to wait for that piece "No, problem!", they said, "the table will arrived in advanced!" Yeah right.. Eventually I got an email saying everything was going to be delivered when they had the drawer in stock! So I went to the store again. This time they told me I had to pay an additional $60 to get the table delivered in advanced, EVEN THOUGH THEY CHARGE YOU FOR DELIVERY SEPARATELY, WHICH MAKES NO SENSE! Obviously, I didn't pay the extra $60! When I finally got the table, it came with no legs! So now I have to wait even more to see if they get it right this time! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I'm giving this review 1 star because there's no option for -100 stars !!!

Terrible terrible terrible is all I can say. My husband and I bought a couch from Macys at that store about a year and a half ago. We purchased the extended warranty. The sofa itself was about $3000 and the most expensive one we've ever had. Now, one year and a half later, they are telling me there's nothing they can do about the fact that feathers are poking out of the couch so much that it's a safety hazard for my six month old baby. I have just been on the phone with their customer service. No actual person answers the phone, it difficult to get through to the store, and I'm learning that the warranty is actually through an outside company. Also, they REFUSE to give me the contact information for the manufacturer and they REFUSE to contact the manufacturer for me. Go somewhere else. If are going to spend a lot of money on a couch, you should expect good customer service.
