Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Great value and close to times square. Really good restaurants within walking distance.

It brought the reality of the cost per square footage. The room was no bigger then a standard size bedroom crammed with regular hotel amenities. Decent breakfast to start your day. You are steps away from all the life NYC has to offer.

Location was kind of out of the way of Times Square, but only about a 5 minute walk. The lobby was nice, but the room we booked was a lot smaller than we thought it would be, but it was very clean. Overall it was a pretty decent hotel.

Very nice hotel. I gave it 3 stars because they remodeling other than that everything is good. Nice staff. Quiet rooms. Kinda small the room I was in. They give free continental breakfast every morning. Clean hotel. Nearby there's museums, circle line sightseeing, Madison square garden, churches. They also have restaurants like chipotle, shake shack, sugar factory, bars, pizzeria, McDonalds, halal carts. They have lots of things to do nearby and to eat. There's a train station across the street.

The staff is pleasant. But the property is tired, smells like disinfectant or other chemicals. Had to change rooms because the sink was clogged. Then had to change sheets because the looked like they had not been changed since the last guest.

First time in NYC and this was a perfect location. Close to Subway entrances and a couple blocks away from Times Square everything is within walking distance. Parking is not free, there's a parking garage across the street, get your ticket validated and it's only 30 bucks. Rooms are the size of a shoebox but I wouldn't expect anything less in NYC. Comfort Inns always do a great job regardless of who owns the location. Kudos to the staff for friendliness and cleanliness.

Location was right off 44th st. Parking was right across the street and offers a discount of $30 over night. We had a SUV and would have been $55. The rooms were decent size with a huge 60 inch TV. They had complimentary breakfast in the morning from 7am to 10:30am. Staff were nice and helpful.

Typical cheap hotel. Nice and comfy place to stay. Room was a better size than other hotels I've stayed in the past in NYC. Clean, had everything I needed for the night. Continental breakfast was decent. It was free so I ate on the run. Would stay again.

I may be a first time traveler to New York but the hallways and rooms were extremely crampedEven have another guest mention it in the elevator. They also have stuff (towels, plastic bags for sheetsEtc) lining the halls so I'm thinking it's probably not the best for disabled folks just to get to their room. Other than that the lounge and rooms were very nice and you're right in the heart of times square

I have been a choice priveleges member for a while gave them my own money not company money and i lost points that i had earned did not stay there because i tried to cancel and they would not let me neither did choice privileges.Only stayed at their hotels because i wanted to earn points. I will be giving my money to another program like the holiday inn now. Told my friends and family to do same!!! Lost items staying in your comfort inn in Wethersfield too.

Awesome Hotel. 🏩. Steps away from Time Square, close to subway, great breakfast. We saw them get fresh pastries delivered every early morning. Yummy Rooms are clean, small but all hotels in NY are like this. Super Friendly Staff

I read many reviews prior to booking and staying at this hotel, the room was typical for NYC, location was great. The room we had was in the basement so don't fall for the "Garden View" it was a potted plant And not to mention that is where the housekeeping is so at 5 am they begin loading their carts and it is VERY loud. When we arrived all you could smell in the basement is Marijuana, we called the front desk and asked if they can ask the employees to stop it was bothering my daughter's asthma, they gave us a can of air freshener. I would not recommend this hotel.
